自水解预处理对杨木聚木糖分布的影响

摘 要:采用免疫荧光标记法结合共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)研究了自水解强度对杨木聚木糖分布的影响。结果表明,聚木糖荧光信号较均匀地分布于杨木纤维细胞壁中,随强度因子的增大细胞壁中心部位荧光信号下降逐渐增多,细胞壁边缘荧光信号下降较少,有些部位甚至会稍许增加。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测法测得强度因子增强到3.72时,聚木糖含量从原料的14.64%下降到7.33%;对聚木糖荧光图谱进行区域强度统计,可得出与HPLC检测法结果相同的变化趋势。

Effect of Autohydrolysis Pretreatment on Xylan Distribution in the Cell Walls of Poplar Chips

Abstract:The change of xylan distribution in the cell wall of poplar chips caused by autohydrolysis pretreatment was studied by using immunofluorescence combined with confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). A gradual loss of xylan antibody signals in the center of the poplar cell wall was observed but only a slight loss at the edge or even a slight increase at some places of the cell walls were found as the intensity factor of autohydrolysis pretreatment increased. HPLC analysis was also conducted to measure the overall change of xylan content. As the intensity factor increased to 3.72, xylan content decreased from 14.64% to 7.33%. The change of the xylan signal intensity from spectra of the CLSM had the same trend as that of the xylan content determined by using the HPLC analysis.

摘 要:制备了以碳球(CS)为核、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为壳的阳离子球形聚电解质刷(CSPDMC),探讨了其与阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)形成的二元体系中CSPDMC用量对两种填料(重质碳酸钙(GCC)、高岭土)的首程留着率及浆料滤水性能的影响。当浆料中GCC用量15%时,加入用量0.8%的CSPDMC(相对于绝干浆,以下同),GCC的首程留着率最高,为79.3%;当浆料中高岭土用量15%时,加入用量1.0%的CSPDMC,高岭土的首程留着率最高,为88.5%。当浆料中GCC用量10%时,加入用量0.8%的CSPDMC,浆料滤水速度最快,为0.91 mL/s;当浆料中高岭土用量5%时,加入用量0.8%的CSPDMC,浆料的滤水速度最快,为0.83 mL/s。

Performances of Cationic Spherical Polyelectrolyte Brushes Used as Retention and Drainage Aids

Abstract:Cationic spherical polyelectrolyte brush has become new area of research as paper retention and drainage aids because of its structure characteristics.In this paper, the spherical polyelectrolyte brushes (CSPDMC) with carbon spheres (CS) as core and methyl methacrylate three methyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as shell were prepared. The effects of different CSPDMC dosageson the retention rates of two kinds of fillers (GCC, kaolin) and on the drainage of the furnishescontaining two kinds of fillers (GCC, kaolin) were studied. When 15% GCC(on the ovendried pulp) and  0.8% CSPDMC were added to the pulp, the retention rate of the filler was the highest for 79.3%; When 15% kaolin and 1.0% CSPDMC were added to the pulp, the retention rate of the filler was the highest for 88.5%.When 10% GCC and 0.8% CSPDMC were added to the pulp, the drainage rate was the fastest for 0.91 mL/s; when 5% kaolin and 0.8% CSPDMC were added to the pulp, the drainage rate was the fastest for 0.83 mL/s. It indicated that using a certain amount of CSPDMC was of benefit to the retention and drainage properties of the furnish containing the fillers.

纸浆纤维的试剂法改性及其对
滤纸性能的影响

摘 要:采用NaOH、尿素、硫脲等调配纸浆纤维改性试剂,先对纸浆纤维进行试剂改性,再采用超声波协同处理,利用改性纤维抄造高透气性能滤纸,探讨改性试剂质量分数、超声波功率、超声波处理时间等因素对改性效果的影响,通过对比分析改性前后纸浆纤维形态变化及所抄造滤纸的透气度、平均孔径、最大孔径、松厚度、零距抗张强度等指标来评价改性效果。结果表明,当改性试剂质量分数30%、超声波功率600 W,超声波处理时间15 min时,纤维改性效果最佳;且纤维发生了明显的润胀,有一定的分丝和微纤化现象,所抄造滤纸透气度由未改性的157.57 L/(m2·s)提高到1041.16 L/(m2·s);平均孔径由35.171 μm提高到47.498 μm;最大孔径由39.178 μm提高到49.712 μm;松厚度由3.16 cm3/g提高到5.22 cm3/g。

Pulp Fiber Modification with NaOHureathiourea Solution and
Its Effects on the Property of Filter Paper

Abstract:Pulp fibers were modified in aqueous NaOHureathiourea solution and treated with ultrasonic to prepare highpermeability filter paper. Effects of the agent concentration, ultrasound power and time of ultrasound treatment were studied. Comparing the morphological change of the fibers in modification and the main parameters of the filter papers (permeability, pore size, bulk, and zerospan tensile strength) prepared with treated and untreated fibers to evaluate the effect of modification. The results showed that the ultrasound treatment process was most favorable at 600 W for 15 min and the agent concentration was 30%, obviously swelling and fibrillation of the fibers, took place under the conditions. The permeability increased from 157.57 L/(m2·s) to 1041.16 L/(m2·s),average pore size increased from 35.171 μm to 47.498 μm, maximum pore size increased from 39.178 μm to 49.712 μm, the bulk increased from 3.16 cm3/g to 5.22 cm3/g  for the paper prepared with untreated and treated fibers respectively.

均质法和超声法制备NFC及其
纳米纸性能研究

摘 要:以漂白硫酸盐桉木浆纤维为原料,进行TEMPO氧化预处理,再采用均质法和超声法及二者结合法分别制备出纳米纤丝纤维素(Nanofibrillated Cellulose,NFC),再经溶液浇铸法制备纳米纸。重点探讨了不同制备方法对NFC特性及其纳米纸性能的影响。结果表明,不同能耗下,超声2 h、4 h比均质2次、5次制备的NFC的透明性更好,长径比更大,直径更小,最小宽度可达19 nm。工艺能耗低于20 kWh时,与均质处理相比,超声处理强度(能耗)的增加更有利于纳米纸拉伸强度和透湿率的提高,同时超声2 h、4 h比均质2次、5次制备的NFC纳米纸的光学性能更好,其中超声4h制备的NFC得到的纳米纸拉伸强度与透光率最高,分别为155.8 MPa、89.45%,优于一般的聚合物薄膜,有望应用于柔性显示电子器件的基材。

Preparation of NFC by Homogenizing and Ultrasonic Method and the Properties of Its Nanopaper

Abstract:NFC was prepared by using bleached krafteucalyptus pulp as new material, it was treated with TEMPO oxidation process at first, then fibrillated by homogenizing or ultrasonic method, finally the nanopaper made of the NFC was fabricated by solution casting method. The effects of different preparation methods on the properties of NFC and its nanopaper were discussed. The results showed that under different energy consumption, NFC prepared by ultrasonic treatment 2 h and 4 h had better transparency, higher length to diameter ratio and smaller diameter than that prepared by homogenizing 2 times and 5 times, the smallest width of the fibril was only 19 nm. Compared with homogenizing treatment, the increase of ultrasonic treatment intensity (energy consumption) was more advantageous to improve the tensile strength and water vapor permeability of the nanopaper when process energy consumption was lower than 20 kWh, moreover, the nanopaper prepared by ultrasonic 2 h and 4 h showed better optical properties than homogenizing 2 times and 5 times, the highest tensile strength and light transmittance of nanopaper was found by ultrasonic treatment 4 h, which were 155.8 MPa and 89.45% respectively and superior to the ordinary polymer film, it was expected to be applied to the substrate of flexible display electronic devices.

壳聚糖改性石膏晶须及
在造纸中的应用研究

摘 要:采用壳聚糖对石膏晶须进行改性,降低石膏晶须的溶解度,提高其作为填料在纸浆纤维中的留着率。研究了壳聚糖的用量、pH值等因素对其溶解度的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等方法对改性后的石膏晶须进行表征,并对改性的机理进行了研究。结果表明,当壳聚糖用量为0.5%,溶胶pH值为5.5,凝胶pH值为7.5时,改性后石膏晶须的溶解度最小,为5.6%,与未改性的石膏晶须相比下降了60%。SEM、XRD及XPS分析结果表明,壳聚糖有效包覆在石膏晶须的表面,且壳聚糖的包覆厚度为9.8 nm。将改性石膏晶须作为填料抄造手抄片,并对纸张相关性能进行检测,结果表明,与未改性石膏晶须加填纸相比,加入改性石膏晶须纸样的Cobb值提高了15.3%,填料留着率提高了15.1%,抗张指数提高了5.6%。

The Application of Chitosan Modified Gypsum Whisker in Papermaking

Abstract:To improve the performance of gypsum whiskers in papermaking,  chitosan coated gypsum whiskers aiming to reduce its solubility in aqueous solution effectively were prepared. The influences of the content of chitosan, reaction pH were explored. The chitosangypsum whiskers were characterized by SEM,  XRD, XPS. The mechanism of the modification was studied. The results showed that the best modification conditions were: 0.5% chitosan, sol pH 5.5, gel pH 7.5, the solubility of chitosangypsum whiskers reduced from 14.0% to 5.6% under the conditions. SEM, XRD and XPS results showed that, chitosan covered the furface of gypsum whiskers effectively, and the cover thickness of chitosan is 9.8 nm. Cobber number, filler retention and tensile strength of handsheet with modified gypsum whiskers increased by 15.3%, 15.1% and 5.6% compared to that of unmodified gypsum whisker.

载银壳聚糖涂布纸对樱桃番茄
保鲜包装效果的影响

摘 要:本研究以壳聚糖(CS)和AgNO3为原料,以NaBH4为还原剂,制备了载银壳聚糖(AgCS)涂布液,并用该涂布液涂布纸张,制得AgCS涂布纸。利用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射光谱仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析AgCS复合物结构、形貌和元素组成,以其涂布纸对樱桃番茄(又称圣女果)进行包装,测定其失重率、可滴定酸和标准抗坏血酸(Vc)含量,与无包装、原纸包装、CS涂布纸包装相比较,考察测定不同包装条件对樱桃番茄品质的影响。结果表明,CS中的—NH2和—OH首先与Ag+发生配位结合,进而被还原成纳米银和壳聚糖配合物AgCS,并使其结晶度下降。SEM分析表明,AgCS涂布液在纸张表面形成膜层。通过对比发现,AgCS涂布纸包装的樱桃番茄10天后失重率为5.87%,可滴定酸含量下降23.29%,Vc含量下降13.62%。与对照样相比较,AgCS涂布纸有利于减少营养物质的流失,从而延长果蔬的常温贮藏期。

Fresh Preservation Effect of Silvercarried Chitosan Coated Paper on Cherry Tomato

Abstract:Silvercarried chitosan(CS) coatings were prepared by using chitosan (CS) and AgNO3 as raw materials and sodium borohydride (NaBH4) as reductant and used to prepared the coated paper. The structure, morphology and elemental composition of AgCS complex were analyzed with FTIR, XRD, SEM and XPS. Cherry tomatoes were packaged with the coated paper. Fresh preservation effect of coated paper was studied. Weight loss rate, titratable acid and Vc content of the cherry tomato at different manner of package were measured. The results showed that at first coordination reactions took place between —NH2 and —OH containing in CS and Ag+. And then Ag+was reduced to the complexes of nano silver and chitosan, i.e. silvercarried chitosan.The crystallinity of CS decreased obviously. SEM confirmed that the film of silvercarried chitosan coatings was formed on the paper surface.After 10 days, weight loss rate, content decreases of titratable acid and Vc were 5.87%, 23.29% and 13.62%, respectively. Compared with the control samples, AgCS coated paper could reduce the loss of nutrients, thus the storage time of fruits and vegetables could be extended.

摘 要:采用三维电极电Fenton法深度处理造纸二级生化出水,以CODCr去除率为主要考察指标,研究不同因素对废水处理效果的影响,确定最佳处理条件;并对CODCr降解规律进行了反应动力学分析。结果表明,常温下,初始pH值3、电解电压10 V、通气量5.1 L/min、Fe2+浓度0.6 mmol/L、反应时间60 min时,废水中CODCr去除率高达90.5%;在最佳实验条件下,三维电极电Fenton法氧化降解过程符合准一极反应动力学规律。

Threedimensional Electrodeelectro Fenton for Advanced Treatment of Papermaking Wastewater

Abstract:The electroFenton method which coupled with threedimensional electrode was used as advanced treatment for the secondary biological effluent of papermaking wastewater. The paper analyzed the effect of different factors on wastewater treatment result to determine the optimum conditions, the removal rate of CODCr was chosen as the main index for evaluation. The results showed that when the conditions were controlled as follow: at normal temperature, initial pH value 3, electrolysis voltage of 10 V, air flow 5.1 L/min, Fe2+ concentration 0.6 mmol/L, and reaction time of 60 minutes, the removal of CODCr reached to 90.5%.The paper also analyzed the reaction kinetics of CODCr degradation.

纸浆细小纤维在自然水体中的

摘 要:选取旧报纸脱墨浆(DIP)、杨木碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)和漂白硫酸盐桉木浆(BKP)3种典型浆料制备“细小纤维”,考察3种浆料的细小纤维在模拟自然水体条件培养一定时期(0~180天)其化学组分含量、形态特征及微观特征的变化。结果表明,随着培养时间的延长,3种“细小纤维”的纤维素、半纤维素和总木素的降解率均逐渐增加;BKP“细小纤维”的变化较DIP和APMP的更为显著。

Abstract:This research collects DIP, APMP and BKP as three typical materials to make“fines”to analyze the variation of chemical components morphological characteristics and microcharacteristics of three kinds of fines during 180 days natural cultivation. The conclusion indicated that the degradation rate of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin of three kinds of fines were increased along with the cultivation time. And the variation of BKP “fines”was more obvious than DIP and APMP.

基于专家协调级的模糊PID在

摘 要:制浆造纸废水厌氧处理过程的pH值是一个非线性,大时滞,强干扰的控制对象。因此,为提高模糊控制器的精度,利用专家控制规则调整模糊控制的量化因子,本课题设计了基于专家协调级的模糊PID控制的pH值串级控制系统。应用结果表明,控制方案实用性强,控制效果较佳。

Abstract:pH value is a nonlinear object with large time delay and strong interference in the anaerobic process of papermaking wastewater. Therefore, this paper designed the pH cascade control system based on expert adjustment of fuzzy PID quantization factor. The system used the expert rules to adjust quantization factor of fuzzy control, so as to improve the accuracy of fuzzy controller. Application results showed that the control system possessed edvident practicality and load efficient control result.

摘 要:针对置换蒸煮锅温差难以消除这一难题,在传统蒸煮锅温度测量的基础上,提出一种新的温度测量方法,并将神经网络控制、PID串级控制和解耦控制有机地结合起来, 提出一种神经网络PID串级解耦控制系统。解决了蒸煮锅温度控制时滞性、时变性和非线性等问题,应用Matlab仿真比较表明,该控制系统具有更好的动态性能和鲁棒性,其控制效果明显优于常规PID串级控制系统。

Improved Temperature Measurement and Temperature Difference Control of the Displacement Digester

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties of eliminating temperature difference in the displacement digester, this paper proposed a new method for measuring temperature based on the traditional digester temperature measurements. With combining neural network control, PID cascade control and decoupling control, a neural network PID cascade decoupling control system was proposed. The problems of time delay, timevarying and nonlinear in digester temperature control were solved, Matlab simulation comparison showed that the neural network PID cascade control system had better dynamic performance and robustness, its control performance was superior to the normal PID control system.

摘 要:通过最小二乘法研究热空气在气垫式热风箱内的速度、静压、温度分布,探讨了入口风速、高度比、入口温度、开孔率和喷口方式对气垫层不均匀指数、气垫静压和表面传热系数的影响规律。通过量纲分析拟合Nu的函数关系式,数值模拟值与拟合值比较表明,最大相对误差为9.53%,均方根误差为9.5%,拟合方程可为热风箱气垫层表面传热系数的优化研究提供参考。

Abstract:The distribution of hot air speed, temperature and static pressure in the hot air box,and the influence of inlet velocity, height ratio, air temperature, percentage of opening and the style of jets on the uneven index, static pressure and surface heat transfer coefficient of the air cushion were discussed. With dimensional analysis, a functional relationship of Nu was obtained. Comparing fitted values with numerical simulation values, the maximum relative error was 9.53%,root mean square error was 9.5%. The fitting formula could be used to study and calculate heat transfer coefficient in engineering cushion layer.

摘 要:针对纸机变频传动控制存在的问题,设计了以PROFIBUS现场总线为通信方式、PLC为总控制器、操作屏为人机界面、ACS800变频器为传动单元的纸机变频传动控制系统。对系统中的PROFIBUS硬件组态方法、速度链设计、负荷分配等进行了详细说明,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。

摘 要:金属有机骨架化合物(Metalorganic frameworks,MOFs)具有制备简单、孔隙度高、比表面积大、易于修饰、结构多样、孔径可控等特点,广泛应用于氢气储存、气体分离、催化、探测、荧光等领域。本文综述了MOFs的结构、组成、制备方法及其性能,并提出了MOFs在储氢特种纸、广谱抗菌特种纸、有害气体分离特种纸、光致变色特种纸、高效探测特种纸领域中的潜在应用。

Abstract:Metalorganic frameworks (MOFs) is one of research hot topics in related areas, attracted tremendous attention and widely used in hydrogen storage, gas separation, catalysis, sensing and optic research because of its simple preparation way, modification character, high porosity, large surface area, diverse structure and functional pore size. In this paper, the structure, preparation method and various excellent properties of MOFs were summarized. In addition, the potential application of MOFs in specialty paper: including hydrogen storage paper, broad spectrum antibacterial paper, harmful gas separation paper, photochromism paper, and efficient detection paper were presented.

Abstract:Inner liner of cigarette package is an important packaging material for cigarette products, which has the function of protecting the cigarette and displaying the image of the product. This paper briefly analyzed and compared the main properties of vacuum direct metallized inner liner, vacuum transfer metallized inner liner and coated inner liner, including barrier property, applicability to the machine, environmentally friendly property and appearance.

摘 要:为实现烟草行业节能减排和清洁生产的发展和规划要求,国内造纸法再造烟叶企业根据企业所处地区废水处理的现状、自身废水的性质特点,通过废水分类及排放情况研究,有针对性开发废水处理与回用技术,降低水耗,以期实现生产废水零排放。本文综述了造纸法再造烟叶废水处理与回用主要技术现状,主要处理技术,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction and tomeet the requirement of cleaner production development in tobacco industry, the papermaking process reconstituted tobacco companies focused on developing effluent treatment and reuse technologies to reduce water consumption based on its effluent characteristics and local effluent treatment situation, in order to achieve zero emission eventually. The main treatment and reuse technologies for papermaking process reconstituted tobacco effluent were reviewed in this paper,  finally the outlook for the future trends of effluent treatment were discussed.

两种桐木原料及制浆性能研究

摘 要:对两种桐木的干材和枝材纤维形态、化学组分进行分析,并对这两种桐木原料的硫酸盐法制浆性能进行初步探究。结果显示,两种桐木原料纤维平均长度0.7~0.85 mm,纤维平均宽度16.4~19.2 μm,长宽比38~51,属于短纤维原料;两种桐木原料的纤维素(硝酸乙醇纤维素43%~47%)含量较高,酸不溶木素(17%~23%)含量相对较低,聚戊糖含量(22%~26%)与阔叶木材相当。这些特点使其易于蒸煮,制浆得率高,易打浆,而两种桐木原料的干材和枝材抽出物含量都稍高,这会增加蒸煮过程中化学药品的消耗;桐木的硫酸盐法制浆造纸性能良好,两种桐木原料的干材和枝材在成纸性能上无明显差异。

Fiber Morphology and KP Pulping of Two Paulownia Woods

Abstract:The fiber morphology, chemical composition and KP pulping performance of two kinds of Paulownia wood were studied.The results showed that the average fiber length of two kinds of Paulownia wood material was in 0.7~0.85 mm, fiber width was in 16.4~19.2 μm, fiber lengthwidth ratio value was in 38~51 which belonged to short fiber raw material. These two Paulownia wood material contain higher cellulose(nitroethanol celluloses 43%~47%) and lower acid insoluble lignin(17%~23%). Like most hardwood material, the content of pentosan was in 22%~26% .These features made them easy to cooking, beating and receiving high pulping yield, while the slightly higher content of extractives would increase the consumption of chemicals in cooking process. The KP pulp strength properties of Paulownia wood were good, and the stem wood and branch wood of Paulownia had no significant difference in pulping performance, Paulownia wood was suitable material for pulp and papermaking.
