彩色喷墨打印纸的研究

摘   要:介绍了彩色喷墨打印纸主要性能的检测方法,研究了彩色喷墨打印纸涂料配方中颜料的性能、胶粘剂的性能及用量对彩色喷墨打印纸主要性能的影响。研究表明,比表面积大、粒径小的二氧化硅有高的吸墨性和图像分辨率。聚乙烯醇可以提高颜色的光密度和吸墨的均匀性。

                                              Study on Color Ink Jet Printing Paper

Abstract: This paper introduced the test methods of the properties of color ink jet printing paper and coating formulation was also studied, including the effects of pigment and binder on the properties of color ink jet printing paper. The results indicated that silica, as the coating pigment,  which had larger specific surface and smaller particle size was beneficial to improve the ink absorbility and picture resolution. PVA, as the binder,was suitable for meliorating the mage optical density and decreasing the optical density variation.

                                              纳米级二氧化硅在彩色喷墨打印纸涂料中的应用

摘   要:对2种高光泽彩色喷墨打印纸进行了扫描电镜分析,观察其表面形貌;探讨了底涂涂布量和纳米级二氧化硅作面涂颜料时对纸页性能和打印性能的影响,实验结果表明,高光泽彩色喷墨打印纸表面存在大量的微孔和裂纹,底涂可以明显改善纸页性能,纳米级二氧化硅能够对纸页提供比较高的平滑度、吸收性能、色密度和图像质量。

                                              Application of Nanometer Silica in Ink Jet Printing Paper Coating

Abstract: With the booming use of inkjet printing in offices and at homes, research of ink jet printing paper has become a hot field. In this paper, two commercial glossy color ink jet printing paper available in local market were analyzed with scanning electronic microscopy to acquire the information about its surface appearance.The effect of the amount of precoating on paper properties and the influence of nanometer silicas as the pigment of topcoating on paper properties and printing quality were discussed. The results showed that there were many micropores and cracks on the surface of the glossy color ink jet printing paper; precoating could improve the paper properties greatly; the application of nanometer silicas could provide paper better smoothness, ink absorbency, color density and image quality.

                                              速生杨树龄及品种对APMP制浆的影响

摘   要:研究了不同品种、树龄的三倍体毛白杨和中林杨107速生杨为原料的APMP制浆性能。结果表明:三倍体毛白杨的制浆价值略低于中林杨107,5年生速生杨比3年生的APMP浆物理性能要好。使用5年生三倍体毛白杨和中林杨的混合杨木制备APMP浆,其物理性能基本不随二者比例的变化产生大的波动。

Abstract: Effects of different species and tree age of fastgrowing poplar on the APMP properties were investigated. The results showed that the pulping suitability of Triploid populus tomentosa was lower slightly compared to Zhonglin poplar 107.Whether Triploid populus tomentosa or Zhonglin poplar 107, physics properties of APMP pulp of fiveyearold wood were better than that of threeyearold wood. The physics properties of APMP had little change with the charge of the ratio of Triploid populus tomentosa and Zhonglin poplar 107.

                                              真空-浸渍蒸煮工艺及其设备的研究

摘   要:以2年生中林杨46为原料,通过实验分析了真空压力浸渍蒸煮的影响因素,并将实验结果与传统蒸煮工艺进行比较。按照工艺要求,设计了真空压力浸渍蒸煮新型设备,着重介绍了该设备的结构组成、工作原理和主要特征部件。将真空技术引入传统蒸煮工艺,可以改善纸浆性能、提高生产效率、降低碱回收成本。

Abstract:This paper proposed a new of vacuum/pressure impregnation (VPI)cooking process,which was based on the cooking mechanism and VPI mechanism. A hybrid poplar, poplar46 was tested with this new process,and the parameters of VPI cooking were analyzed. The testing results were compared with that of conventional process. On the other hand, the VPI cooking device was designed,and its construction,working principle and special components were introduced. Applying vacuum technique pulping process could improve pulp quality,increase productivity and save alkalirecycling cost.

                                              氯酚菌的筛选及其对氯酚的降解

摘   要:通过驯化筛选分离出7株高效降解氯酚的菌株,采用冷冻法通过3种不同组合方式(①氯酚优势好氧菌和厌氧颗粒污泥的混合固定;②中氯酚优势好氧菌单独固定后再与厌氧颗粒污泥混合;③氯酚优势好氧菌直接投加到厌氧颗粒污泥中)在微好氧及厌氧条件下进行了研究。结果表明,在微好氧条件下,氯酚优势好氧菌和厌氧颗粒污泥的混合固定可以实现氯酚厌氧好氧同时降解;而在厌氧过程中,3种组合方式的氯酚降解速率则没有明显差别。厌氧好氧的活性实验也进一步证实了固定化颗粒中厌氧、好氧菌活性的存在。

              Separation of Chlorophenol Degradation Microbial Consortium and Coimmobilizated with Anaerobic Granular Sludge

Abstract:7 bacterial strains were separated from the reactor treating chlorophenol containing wastewater.Pentachlorophenol (PCP) degradation under microaeration and anaerobic condition with three series of batch experiment was compared:anaerobic angular sludge and the mixed isolated aerobic community were coimmobilized with PVA and sodium alginate; isolated aerobic bacterial species were immobilized first with PVA and sodium alginate then mixed with anaerobic angular sludge; and isolated aerobic bacterial species were cast directly into anaerobic angular sludge. Results indicated that during microaeration condition coimmobilized anaerobic angular sludge and isolated aerobic bacterial species could enhanced the efficiency of PCP reduction through the synergism of aerobes and anaerobes reductive dechlorination and exchange of metabolites within the coimmobilized angular sludge. There was no great difference of the three series in anaerobic condition. The biomass specific activities experiment further confirmed that strict anaerobes were not affected in microaeration environment.

                                              阳离子水溶性聚合物对松香的乳化增效作用

摘   要:就聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)、阳离子淀粉(CS)以及聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDADMAC)3种阳离子水溶性聚合物对松香的乳化增效作用进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明,此3种聚合物能够在降低低分子表面活性剂用量(用量降至13.0%)并在减轻低分子表面活性剂负面影响的基础上,对松香起到较为显著的乳化增效作用。

               Effect of Cationic Watersoluble Polymers on Rosin Emulsification

Abstract: The selected cationic starch, polyaminoamideepichlorohydrin and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) were applied in the preparation of cationic rosin emulsion and their effects were preliminarily investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed that the selected cationic polymers applied were effective cofactors for rosin emulsification with minimizing the amount of lowmolecularweight surfactants, presumably due to their cationic characteristics combined with polymeric effect. However, more detail work is necessary as far as indepth mechanisms of functions of cationic watersoluble polymers in the preparation of cationic rosin emulsion and further improvement of sizing efficiency are taken  into account.

                                              用高配比竹浆生产高白度书写纸

摘   要:叙述了竹浆特性与高配比竹浆生产高白度书写纸的研发过程。用高配比竹浆(45%~70%)生产的书写纸除两面差外,其他各项指标均达到或超出企业A级质量标准,白度可达75.1%~77.9%ISO,不仅节约了木浆,且降低了生产能耗及生产成本。

Abstract: This paper discussed the characters of bamboo pulp and the development of high brightness writing paper produced with high proportion of bamboo pulp. The writing paper manufactured with high proportion bamboo pulp has special quality characters of high brightness, smoothness and quite good printability.Bamboo pulp as raw material not only can improve the writing paper quality, but also can reduce the consumption of long fiber market pulp and energy.

Abstract:Oxygen delignification can remove parts of the lignin remained in the pulp after cooking.Oxygen delignification with two tower is different from one stage or two stage oxygen delignification. In addition to improve the delignification efficiency,it doesn''t need the washing stage between two towers therefo re can save investment and operation cost. This article analyses two tower delignification system and pipeline layout and discusses some important issues appearing in engineering design.

                                              倒频谱在造纸机压榨轴承故障诊断中的应用

摘   要:探讨了倒频谱技术在造纸机压榨部滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用。研究表明,倒频谱技术在识别滚动轴承振动频谱的边频、消除系统传递函数影响等方面具有显著的优越性。针对压榨部滚动轴承振动信号的特征,利用倒频谱技术可简化谱图的特征分析,提高压榨部滚动轴承在线故障诊断的准确性。

                          Application of Cepstrum in the Roller Bearings Fault Diagnosis of Paper Machine Press Section

Abstract : In this paper, the application of cepstrum in the roller bearings fault diagnosis of paper machine press section was discussed. The research indicated that cepstrum had notable advantage to distinguish the side frequency of the bearings vibration spectrum of paper machine press section as well as to remove  the effects of the transfer function in measuring system. Considering the features of the testing vibration signal of the roller bearings, the usage of cepstrum could simplify the analysis of the spectrum diagram therefore could improve the accuracy of online bearing fault diagnosis of paper machine press section.

                                              无碳复写纸生产中浆内施胶的优化
