涂层固化过程中胶乳粒子发生迁移的机理

  :用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)检测了不同条件下干燥的高岭土-胶乳涂料体系涂层的表面元素组成,对涂布纸涂层固化过程中胶乳发生迁移的时间进行了研究。XPS检测显示,不同温度干燥时,涂层表面的碳元素含量随着干燥温度的升高而明显增加,随着室温滞留时间的延长而显著降低。实验结果表明,在涂布纸涂层固化过程中,胶乳粒子的迁移主要发生在涂料施涂以后至涂料内部形成毛细管的这段时间,即当涂料仍处于液体状态的时候。

Study of Binder Migration Mechanism during Consolidation of Coating Suspensions: When Does Migration of Particulate Latex Occur?

AbstractSurface elemental compositions of model clay/latex coatings consolidated under various conditions were measured using XPS technique, in order to elucidate the moment when the migration of particulate latex relative to pigments during drying of colloidal suspensions takes place. The results showed that surface carbon content was higher for coatings dried at a higher temperature, and surface carbon content reduced greatly as delaying drying at room temperature. The observations provided evidence that latex migration mainly took place after coating application but before capillary formation, i.e., when the coatings were in liquid phase.

高浓漂白塔底稀释区旋转喷射管数值模拟

  :通过FluentRealizable κ-ε湍流模型以及多重旋转坐标系(MRF)技巧,对高浓漂白塔底稀释区旋转的直形和纺锤形两种喷射管进行了正反向几种转速的数值模拟,并对其各个出口的核心速度进行了采集和分析,然后利用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)对该模型进行了验证。结果表明,直形喷射管反向旋转转速10 r/min左右时,其各个出口的速度差值较小;纺锤形喷射管在正向旋转转速50 r/min下,其各个出口的速度差值最小;低转速的旋转喷射管在这两种条件下均可以视为等速喷射。用Realizable κ-ε湍流模型以及MRF技巧对旋转喷射水管进行数值计算和分析是可靠的。

Numerical Simulation of Rotating Spray Tube with Low Speed

AbstractBased on Realizable κ-ε turbulent model and MRF technique in Fluent, the two kinds of rotary spray tube such as straight and spindle ones were simulated under different forward and reverse rotating velocities, and the core velocities of each outlet were collected and analyzed. Then PIV system was used to validate the model. The results showed that the outflow velocity difference of the straight-type spray line is the smallest when the angular velocity is about 10 r/min with the reverse rotation. While for the spindle spray line, the outflow velocity difference is smallest when the angular velocity is about 50 r/min with the forward rotation. The sprays of rotary spray tube under low rotation speed can be considered as the constant velocity sprays in these two conditions. The numerical simulation results agreed with the PIV experiment data. So both Realizable κ-ε turbulent model and MRF technique are reliable and the calculated results are correct.

纸张转印墨斑检测方法初探

  :利用IGT印刷适性仪,在不同印刷条件下探讨了新闻纸、单面涂布白纸板和铜版纸转印墨斑的变化规律。结果表明,两种新闻纸的优化印刷条件为:油墨量0.10 mL、印刷压力650 N、速度0.4 m/s;主客观判定结果有差异,最少墨量时客观判定效果好,中等墨量时主观判定效果较好。两种涂布白纸板的优化印刷条件为:油墨量0.35 mL、印刷压力200 N、速度0.3 m/s;铜版纸优选出的印刷条件为:油墨量0.50 mL,印刷压力500 N,速度0.2 m/s2人组及4人组主观判定结果的相关性较强;3种客观判定方法中,光谱法与主观判定的一致性最好,PTS法次之,灰度法最差,光谱法和PTS法有望作为评价纸张转印墨斑的新方法。

Study on Back Trap Mottle of Paper Printing

AbstractThe back trap mottle in the print of different kinds of paper such as color offset newsprint, art paper and single coated paper was evaluated in this paper. Results showed that the optimized conditions of two kinds of newsprint are as follows: ink amount 0.10 mL, printing pressure 650 N, printing speed 0.4 m/s; there exists inconsistent correlation between objective quantitative assessment of mottling and subjective evaluation. Less mottle is obtained with the least ink amount by means of objective quantitative assessment, however, less mottle results are obtained with the medium ink amount when using subjective evaluation. The optimized conditions of the two kinds of single coated paper are as follows: ink amount 0.35 mL, printing pressure 200 N, printing speed 0.3 m/s. The optimized conditions of art paper are different. Results showed that there exists consistent correlation between 2 groups and 4 groups subjective evaluation of mottling. Among the three objective analysis methods, spectrum analysis correlates most closely with the visual results, then the PTS method. And the grey value method correlates at the least. So the spectrum analysis and the PTS method are expected to be the new methods for evaluation of the back trap mottle.

纸张中荧光物质检测方法的对比

  要:以荧光增白剂VBL为标准物质,结合荧光分光光度法和白度法对比检测纸张中荧光增白剂的荧光强度和可迁移荧光物质含量,对按GB/T 5009.782003食品包装用原纸卫生标准被判定为荧光不合格的纸产品进行进一步检测。结果表明,荧光分光光度法检测中,标准物质VBL在浓度04 mg/L 范围内,有较好的线性相关性,可迁移荧光物质含量在51055 mg/kg之间;而白度法测试显示,纸张表面的荧光亮度与可迁移荧光物质含量未必一致,两者存在差异。白度法虽然能够测试纸张表面荧光物质是否存在,但是无法反映可迁移荧光物质的情况,同时对于可迁移荧光物质含量在10 mg/kg以下的纸张,白度法灵敏度较低。

Comparative Analysis of Fluorescence Intensity and Fluorescent Migration in Paper

Abstract17 samples in which fluorescence was not meet the regulation requirement based on the analysis following the analysis method for food packaging base paper hygiene GB / T 5009.782003 were tested furtherly. Fluorescence intensity and fluorescent migration were tested by fluorescence spectrophotometry and brightness instrument respectively, using fluorescent whitening agent VBL as the standard material. When the concentrations of VBL were from 0 to 4.0 mg/Lthey had a linear relationship with the emitted fluorescence intensity. The experiments showed that different methods derived different results. The fluorescent migration may be affected by basis weight of the paper and the manufacturing process. The brightness method, which can be used to test the fluorescent substance in the surface of paper, can not reflect the migration of fluorescent.

影响扬声器纸质振膜动态力学性能的因素

  要:研究了不同定量、不同浆料打浆度对扬声器纸质振膜材料动态弹性模量和损耗因子的影响,并对复合纸质振膜的动态力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着纸张定量的增加,浆料打浆度的提高,纸张的紧度和动态弹性模量升高,损耗因子下降。纸质振膜的复合结构影响其动态力学性能,与原纸相比,干法复合导致复合纸紧度和损耗因子均升高,湿法复合使复合纸紧度降低而损耗因子升高,无论干法还是湿法复合后,复合纸的动态弹性模量变化均不明显。

The Factors Influencing the Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Paper Diaphragm of the Loudspeaker

AbstractThe elastic modulu and loss factor of diaphragm are closely related to the acouse characteristic of the loudspeaker. An ideal loudspeaker diaphragm requires higher elastic modulu and proper loss factor. In this work, the influence of paper cone grammage, beating degree of the pulp used for producing paper cone, and lamination structure of paper cone on dynamic mechanical properties of the paper cone was investigated. It was found that with the beating degree and basis weight increasing the elastic modulu of paper cone increased, while the loss factor showed an opposite trend. The lamination structure had an effect on the dynamic properties of the paper cone. Compared with the base paper, dry lamination derived higher density and loss factor and wet lamination derived lower density and higher loss factor. However, there was no significant change in elastic modulu whether dry or wet lamination method was used.

不同复配乳化剂合成乳液对汽车工业滤纸强度性能的影响

  :以苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯为主要单体,设计多种复配乳化剂方案,通过单体预乳化、半连续乳液聚合法合成苯丙乳液,用作汽车发动机空气滤清器滤纸浸渍树脂。研究了多种复配乳化剂合成苯丙乳液浸渍对汽车工业滤纸抗张强度、耐破度及挺度的影响,筛选出对滤纸强度性能作用效果良好的复配乳化剂。结果表明,合成乳液浸渍对提高汽车工业滤纸抗张强度、挺度及耐破度作用显著,OP-10/FR-1OR-2/DSBFOR-3/RE-610复配乳化剂乳液浸渍的汽车工业滤纸抗张强度高于3.15 kN/m、挺度大于3.45 mN·m、耐破度在250 kPa以上。

Influence of Emulsifier on the Strengthen Properties of Filter Paper  Impregnated with Syrene-acrylic Eulsion

AbstractIn this work, styrene-acrylic emulsion using for impregnating automobile filter paper was prepared by preemulsification and semicontinuous copolymerization process, using  styrene and acrylate as monomers and using various combined emulsifiers. The influence of emulsifiers on tensile and burst properties, and stiffness of the filter paper was investigated, and then the combined emulsifiers with best performances were selected. The use of emulsifiers contributed significantly to tensile and burst properties, and stiffness of the filter paper. The tensile strength  of  above  3.15 kN/m, stiffness of above 3.45 mN·m, and burst strength of above 250 kPa were achieved when the emulsifiers including OP-10/FR-1, OR-2/DSB, and FOR-3/RE-610 were used.

壳聚糖/膨润土微粒助留助滤体系在造纸法烟草薄片生产中的应用研究

  :利用壳聚糖与膨润土组成微粒助留助滤体系,研究其对烟草浆料的助留助滤性能,以及对烟草薄片物理性能的影响。结果表明,在造纸法烟草薄片生产中,利用壳聚糖与膨润土组成微粒助留助滤体系较单独使用壳聚糖可明显改善烟草浆料的助留助滤效果及烟草薄片的成形匀度。用量为0.1%的壳聚糖与用量为0.4%的膨润土组成的微粒助留助滤体系与只添加0.1%的壳聚糖相比,浆料的单程留着率、填料留着率、20 s内的滤水量分别提高了14%12%190 g

Application of Chitosan/Bentonite Particle Retention and Drainage System in Tobacco Sheet Manufacture by Papermaking Process

AbstractIn this paper, the effect of chitosan and bentonite particulate retention and drainage system on the retention and drainage performance of the tobacco pulp, and tobacco sheet physical property was studied. The results showed that the chitosan /bentonite particle retention and drainage system can improve retention and drainage performance of the tobacco slurry significantly. Compared with using 0.1% chitosan alone, when the particulate retention and drainage system of 0.1% chitosan and 0.4% of the bentonite is used, the first retention, filler retention, drainage volume in 20 s are increased by 14%, 12% and 190 g respectively.

光催化丝质口罩纸的结构性能研究

  要:以蚕丝纸为基体,负载纳米TiO2,通过控制蚕丝的打浆度、纤维长度等工艺,制备不同定量的光催化丝质口罩纸,并与普通丝质口罩纸作对照,分析了丝质口罩纸的孔隙结构和过滤性能,用FESEM观察了纸张的表面形貌及纳米TiO2的分布状况,并考察了光催化丝质口罩纸的抑菌性能。实验结果表明,通过控制浆料打浆度、纤维长度和成纸定量可改变纸张的孔径大小;定量为45 g/m2,浆料打浆度为82°SR91°SR的纸张具有较高的过滤效率和较合适的过滤阻力;光催化丝质口罩纸有效提高了丝质口罩纸的抑菌能力。

Structure and Performance of Photocatalytic Silk Mask Paper

AbstractIn order to obtain mask materials with filtering - photocatalytic synergistic effect, photocatalytic silk mask paper was made by loading nano-TiO2 photocatalyst on silk-base mask paper, and the effects of the beating degree and fiber length of the silk pulp as well as the basis weight of silk paper on the pore structure and filtration performance of the photocatalytic silk mask paper were discussed. Meanwhile, the surface topography and nano-TiO2 distribution of silk mask paper were observed by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and the bacteriostasis of silk mask paper was also measured. Results indicated that silk mask paper has higher filtering efficiency and desirable filtering resistance when the basis weight of silk paper is 45 g/m2 and the beating degree of silk pulp is in the range of 82°SR and 91°SR in this experiment. Furthermore, the loading of nano-TiO2 photocatalyst on silk paper effectively improves the antibacterial ability of the mask paper.

Determination of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose in Papers by Spectrophotometric

AbstractA spectrophotometric method was established to determine the content of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) in paper. CMC-Na in paper was extracted by hot water, then the extracted solution was mixed with concentrated sulphuric acid and phenol, thus an orange solution was obtained. The absorbance of this orange solution was measured at 477nm. This method had quite a good precision and a rather high recovery. The detection limit was 0.2%.

AbstractThe compact continuous digester was used in kraft bamboo pulp production with capacity of 200000 t/a in Chitianhua. This paper presented the operation experience of the digester, including the solution of the problems such as the impurities and size of the bamboo chips, the chip level control in the impregnation tower, the unstable running of the top separator, blocking of the extraction screens both in cooking tower and impregnation tower.

Optimizing Rebuilding Solution for PM8 of Guangzhou Paper Co., Ltd

AbstractRebuilding with economic suitable advanced new technology is one of the important ways for industrial up-grading, energy-saving and emission-reducing of the industry. Compared with building a new production line, the solution selection, the matching of the new and old systems, the project results and economic investment of the rebuilding are important in order to realize the advantage of the rebuilding. By analyzing the product quality and energy consumption problems in Paper Machine No.8 of Guangzhou Paper Co., Ltd, several alternative technical integration solutions were suggested after investigation. By comparing the advanced level of the technology, the matching of new and old systems and economic efficiency of different rebuilding solutions, a solution with less investment and short rebuilding time, rebuilding the key parts of the paper machine with high-tech was adopted, and good results were achieved.

AbstractFirstly, the paper briefly introduced the current situation of the industry and the discipline construction of pulping and papermaking equipment in China, as well as their roles in the rapid development of China's paper industry in recent years. Then, focused on the discussion of the recent years advances in pulping and papermaking equipment science and technology in China, the application of worldwide advanced science and technology of pulping and papermaking equipment in China was included. Furthermore, the advances of science and technology of pulping and papermaking equipment in China and in the other developed countries were compared. Finally, the prospect and suggestion of future developing goals and measures of pulping and papermaking equipment science and technology in China were put forward.

AbstractA two-stage deinking precess (first loop in neutral condition and second loop in alkaline condition) has been studied abroad. The results show that this process is efficient for deinking all paper grades, mixtures containing flexo, the data presented show that with this process the brightness obtained is higher than that with any other alkaline deinking process.

AbstractSince its founding, APRIL (Asia Pacific Resources International Limited) has followed an integrated forestry, pulp and paper development strategy by plantation for carbon sequestration and rotating harvesting for pulp and paper production. The total investment in SSMYB Phase 1 and Phase 2 for environmental protection was 3.63 billion RMB, the highest among all Chinese pulp mills. Based on national authority's assessment, SSYMB's effluent pollutants are less than the limit set up by the European, American and Japanese standards, among the most advanced levels of cleaner production in the world. Employing the world's most advanced technologies in energy-saving, water conservation and waste treatments, SSYMB reaches water reuse rate of 90%, alkali recovery rate of 99.3%, black liquor recovery rate of 100% and energy self-sufficient rate of above 90%.

助漂剂在麦草浆H段漂白中的应用试验

  :对助漂剂在麦草浆CEH漂白生产线中H段漂白的作用进行了试验。结果表明,助漂剂对促进麦草浆的漂白效果明显,漂液成本降低20%。同时使用FQA对麦草漂白浆进行了分析。结果证明,该助漂剂可降低漂白损失,提高浆料得率。
