胶黏物模型物在抄造系统中的稳定特性研究

摘 要:选取造纸常用的施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)和涂布胶黏剂羧基丁苯胶乳(XSBRL)作为抄造白水微细胶黏物模型物,就其在液相中的稳定特性进行研究分析。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对AKD和XSBRL进行表征,通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)和热重法(TG)对其热性能进行分析,运用激光探测技术、流式技术以及荧光示踪技术相结合的方法,就抄造系统的有关参数对模型物粒径分布的影响进行研究。结果表明,相对于常温时的玻璃态,两种模型物在抄造系统常见温度范围内均处于发黏、高弹态,颗粒间发生聚集,其中,XSBRL对温度更为敏感,聚集程度比AKD的要高,并且随着系统温度的升高,两模型物的聚集趋势都略有上升;当系统温度保持在50℃时,两模型物的聚集状态都随时间延续略有增加,但随时间延续,变化幅度不大;机械搅拌作用的影响与其作用的强度有关,搅拌速度高于800 r/min时,两模型物颗粒间由轻微的聚集趋势转变为分散趋势。

Study of the Stability Characteristics of the Stickies Model Compounds in Papermaking System

Abstract:The common sizing agent, alkylketene dimer (AKD), and the coating binder carboxylated styrenebutadiene latex (XSBRL), were taken as model compounds of microstickies in whitewater to investigate their stability characteristics in the liquid phase. The basic characteristics of AKD and XSBRL were characterized by Infrared Spectrometric Analyzer (FTIR) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and the thermal properties were analyzed through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). Furthermore, the effects of the conditions of papermaking system on the change of the particle size distribution were  investigated by using a method combining laser, flow cytometric technology and fluorescent tracers. The results showed that both of the two model compounds were sticky and in high elastic state in the temperature range of papermaking system compared with in glass state at room temperature, which induced the aggregation among particles. XSBRL was more sensitive to temperature and its aggregation degree was higher than AKDs. With the temperature increasing, the aggregation tendencies of these two model compounds were slightly increased. When the system temperature was kept at 50℃, the aggregation state of the two model compounds increased slightly and changed marginally with time went on. The effect of mechanical agitation on
 
the particle size distribution of the two model compounds was related to the strength of agitation. The particles of the two model compounds didnt slightly aggregate anymore and tended to disperse when the stirring speed exceeded 600~800 r/min.

细菌纤维素絮凝材料制备及其
处理造纸废水性能研究

摘 要:以醋酸杆菌构建分泌细菌纤维素(Bacterial Cellulose, BC)的菌种体系,通过优化发酵培养工艺和化学改性条件,制备BC絮凝材料。再通过优化混凝工艺,评价其对造纸废水的混凝处理能力。结果表明,制备的BC絮凝材料具有良好的三维网状结构,其羧基含量显著增加。通过Zeta电位检测表明该BC絮凝材料为阴离子型;且该材料对造纸废水平均浊度去除率可达94.6%,具有优良的混凝沉淀能力。

Preparation of Bacterial Cellulose Flocculant and Its Flocculation Performance in Papermaking Wastewater

Abstract:In this work, the bacteria system for preparing bacterial cellulose (BC) was constructed by using acetobacter. The threedimensional network BC was produced through optimizing its fermentation process. The BC green flocculant was prepared by further chemical modification on BC and its flocculation performance in papermaking wastewater was also evaluated. The positived results showed that the obtained BC held typical threedimensional network structure. The carboxyl content of the BC green flocculant product increased significantly.It belonged to anionic flocculant based on Zeta potential test. The results of papermaking wastewater flocculation indicated that the BC flocculant had excellent flocculation ability and its turbidity removal rate reached 94.6%.

机械木浆纤维形变性表征及其
对纤维间结合性能的影响

摘 要:针对不同木素含量的纤维原料,采用不同评价方法对其形变性能进行表征,包括纤维柔软性(F)、纤维横截面纵横比(AR)和纤维压溃指数(CI);同时围绕纤维形变性对纤维间结合性能以及手抄片物理强度的影响进行分析。结果表明,F、AR和CI都可以用来表征纤维的形变性,其中,当木素含量从24.28%减少到2.67%时,F表征的相对形变量为956.5%,数倍于其他两者,说明F这一指标表征的更为全面;随着F从0.516×1012 N-1·m-2增加到5.454×1012 N-1·m-2,纸张中纤维间的相对结合面积(RBA)和剪切结合强度(b)增大,Page结合强度指数从3.60 N·m/g线性增加到84.07 N·m/g;在纸张成形过程中,可以通过改变纤维形变性能调节纸张强度和松厚度之间的对立关系。

The Characterization of Deformation Behavior of Mechanical Lignocellulosic Fibers and
Its Effect on Interfiber Bonding Properties

Abstract:In this study, the pine TMP was delignified with sodium chlorite under acidic conditions, to obtain pulp fibers with different lignin contents. The deformation properties of these fibers were characterized by different methods, including flexibility of fiber(F), aspect ratio of fiber cross section(AR) and deformation index of fiber(CI). Finally, the effects of fiber deformation behavior on the interfiber bonding properties and physical strength of handsheets were discussed in details. The results showed that the F, AR and CI could characterize the fiber deformation, when the lignin content decreased from 24.28% to 2.67%, the change of relative deformation characterized by F was 956.5%, which was several times greater than that characterized by the others, therefore,  F was the most comprehensive characterization index among them; the increase of F from 0.516×1012 N-1·m-2 to 5.454×1012 N-1·m-2 contributed to the increase of the relative bonding area (RBA) and shear bond strength (b) of the fibers, which led to the linear increase of the Page bonding strength index from 3.60 N·m/g to 84.07 N·m/g. During the paper sheet forming process, the contradiction relationship between physical strength and bulk properties of the paper sheets could be alleviated by adjusting the deformation properties of fiber materials.

摘 要:为了探明基因调控对杨树木质部纤维形态的影响,采用切片制作结合光学和电子显微镜以及纤维离析的方法,观测了不同高度的C3HRNAi转基因杨木及其对照组杨木的纤维形态特征及参数。结果表明,转基因杨木上、中、下3部位的纤维壁厚值分别较对照组的下降了13.16%、13.47%和10.71%,而腔径值无明显差异,上、中、下3部位的纤维长度和长宽比分别较对照组的上升了1.39%、8.52%、3.80%和9.48%、16.24%、8.97%,纤维宽度分别下降了7.40%、6.64%、4.72%。发现转基因杨木和对照组杨木纤维壁厚和长度等纤维形态参数值均随木质化程度的增加而增加,并且中、下部位纤维形态更适用于制浆造纸。

Study on Fiber Morphological Characteristics of the
C3HRNAi Transgenic Poplars

Abstract:In this paper, C3H downregulated transgenic poplar and nontransgenic poplar were selected as materials to study the effect of gene regulation on the morphology of xylem fibers. The morphological characteristics and parameters of xylem fibers at different height of two kinds of poplar were observed from the sections and the isolated fibers by means of light and electronic microscopes. The results showed that the fiber cell walls thickness of the upper, middle and lower part of transgenic poplar decreased by 13.16%, 13.47% and 10.71%, compared with that of the control group respectively, but there was no significant difference in lumen diameter.Fiber length and length /width ratio increased by 1.39%, 8.52%, 3.80% and 9.48%,16.24%,8.97% respectively, and the fiber width decreased by 7.40%, 6.64%, 4.72% respectively. It was also found that fiber morphological parameters such as wall thickness and fiber length of two kinds poplar increased with the lignification degree increasing, and the fiber morphologies of the middle and lower parts were more favorable for paper making. The results showed that the change of C3H gene activity improved the fiber morphology of poplar and made it more suitable for pulp wood utilization.

洗漂过程对棉浆黏度影响因素的研究

摘 要:以蒸煮后棉浆为研究对象,通过正交实验确定最佳洗涤参数,探讨了在该洗涤条件下残氯、Ca2+、Na+浓度对棉浆黏度的影响,并采用R5法自制ClO2漂液,进一步分析漂白阶段漂液浓度对棉浆黏度的影响。结果表明,洗涤中各参数对棉浆黏度影响的顺序为:残氯浓度>Ca2+>洗涤时间>pH值。在残氯浓度为0.036 g/L,Ca2+浓度为90 mg/L,洗涤时间为1 h,pH值为7时洗涤最佳。通过改变洗涤参数中残氯浓度,发现随着残氯的增加,棉浆黏度的下降率呈先下降后上升趋势,其下降率的最小值为11%;同时,调整Ca2+浓度,发现在Ca2+为110 mg/L时棉浆黏度下降率最低。另外,洗涤过程中添加NaCl,可使棉浆黏度下降率达2.2%;改变漂白阶段漂液浓度,使得棉浆黏度下降率为2.1%。

An Experimental Research on Factors That Influence Viscosity of Refined
Cotton Solution During Rinsing Process

Abstract:In this paper, cotton pulp as the research object, the best washing paramenters were determoned by orthogonal test. The effects of residual chlorine, Ca2+, and Na+ concentration on the viscosity in highquality water,
were discussed during washing process. ClO2 bleaching liquid was made through R5. And the effect of its concentration on the viscosity  was studied during bleaching process. The results showed that the order of four factors influenced the viscosity in different degrees: residual chlorine>Ca2+>residence time>pH. When the residual chlorine concentration was 0.036 g/L, the Ca2+concentration 90 mg/L, the residence time 1 h and the pH 7, the highquality water of washing could be achieved. When residual chlorine concentration in highquality water was changed, viscosity decent rate had intended to increase after decreasing with the increase of residual chlorine, and the minimum rate was 11%. When Ca2+ concentration was altered, it was discovered that the minimum rate could be realized with Ca2+ concentration being 110 mg/L. When NaCl was added to the highquality water, the rate could be 2.2%. When bleaching liquid purity was changed in bleaching process, the rate could only be 2.1%.

沙蒿胶、瓜尔豆胶对纸质文物
加固的初步研究

摘 要:采用自制的沙蒿胶(Artemisia sphaerocephala gum,ASG)、瓜尔豆胶(Guar gum,GG)及二者混合物对纸张表面进行喷涂加固处理。考察了不同喷涂处理条件对生宣纸(纸质文物修复专用手抄纸)老化前后抗张强度、耐折度和光泽度的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行纸张表面形貌表征。结果表明,ASG质量分数为0.4%、GG质量分数0.2%时对生宣纸有较好的加固效果;GG和ASG以6∶4的配比混合后,GGASG混合物对生宣纸的抗张强度和耐折度有明显的增强作用,对生宣纸光泽度无明显的影响;SEM分析证实了GGASG混合物对生宣纸纤维起到了保护和桥梁作用,有效地改善了生宣纸抗老化能力,酸老化后生宣纸抗张强度损失4.45%,耐折度损失1.76%。

Preliminary Study on the Protection and Reinforcement of Paper Relic by
Artemisia Sphaerocephala Gum and Guar Gum

Abstract:Polysaccharide is a kind of natural polymer which is abundant in natural sources and environment friendly. In this paper, in order to study the protection effectiveness of Artemisia sphaerocephala gum (ASG), guar gum (GG) and the mixtures to the ancient paper based relics, the tensile strength, folding endurance and gloss of the samples after treatment by different concentration of ASG and GG were tested. Moreover, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe and analyze the surface morphology of the samples. It was found that ASG (0.4 wt%) and GG (0.2 wt%)exhibited enhancing effect on treatedpaper historic relic. Moreover, results showed that samples treated with GGASG mixture(6∶4) not only maintained the original texture, gloss, but also significantly increased the tensile strength and folding endurance. SEM confirmed that the GGASG mixture played a protective and connective role in the paper fibers. Tensile strength only decreased by 4.41% and folding endurance decreased by 1.76% after aging. It indicated that ASG, GG and their mixture showed positive effect on the protection of paper historic relic.

不同溶剂预处理对烟梗打浆抄造
及评吸性能的影响

摘 要:以热水抽提、乙醇水溶液和碱性离子液体1,3二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯([MMIM]DMP)为溶剂,对烟梗进行预处理,研究不同溶剂对烟梗中木素的去除效果及溶剂处理后打浆抄造性能和再造烟叶评吸性能的变化。结果表明,碱性离子液体对烟梗中木素的去除率最高,约为热水抽提的5倍,远大于乙醇水溶液对木素的去除率;相对于热水抽提和乙醇水溶液处理,经碱性离子液体处理后的烟梗打浆后纤维的分散程度较好,打浆性能明显提升,抗张强度提高,松厚度和透气度也得到了进一步改善;碱性离子液体脱除烟梗中大量木素后,使各烟气指标的含量和感官质量指标的分数得到了优化,评吸性能明显改善,从而提高了烟草废弃物的利用率,提升了再造烟叶产品品质。

Effects of Tobacco Stem Treated with Different Solvention Its Beating Sheet Forming
and Smoking Performance

Abstract:This paper studied beating performance, sheet forming performance of tobacco stem(a kind of reconstituted tobacco raw material)which was extracted with water, ethanol water solution and alkaline ionic liquid [MMIM]DMP and the smoking performance of the reconstituted tobacco sheet. The results showed that  the removal rate of lignin in tobacco stems extracted by [MMIM]DMP was the highest, which was about 5 times of that extracted by water and even much higher than ethanol aqueous solution. Compared with the water and ethanol aqueous solution, the beating and sheet forming performances of tobacco stem extracted with [MMIM]DMP were upgraded significantly the tensile strength and bulk as well as permeability of the treated sheet were improved. After the massive delignification in tobacco stem extracted by [MMIM]DMP, the contents of the smoke compositions and the scores of the sensory quality index were optimized, and the smoking performance was improved obviously, which improved the quality of the reconstituted tobacco product.

竹纤维真空绝热板芯材的
结构和性能研究

摘 要:以漂白竹浆为原料,探讨了打浆度对竹纤维真空绝热板芯材结构和性能的影响,以期获得隔热性能较好的竹纤维真空绝热板。结果表明,在打浆度为14.9°SR条件下,竹纤维真空绝热板芯材的平均孔径为21.7 μm,孔隙率为75.7%,密度为0.287 g/cm3;由其制备出的竹纤维真空绝热板导热系数为12.6 mW/(m·K),具有较好的隔热性能。通过扫描电子显微镜和透气度测定仪分析表明,随着打浆度的增加,竹纤维真空绝热板芯材纤维表面分丝帚化严重,结构致密,透气性能降低。

Structure and Property of the Vacuum Core Material of Insulation Panel  Made of the Bamboo Fibers

Abstract:The effects of beating degree on of bamboo fibers the structure and property of the core material of vacuum insulation panel made of bamboo fibers were studied in order to obtain the better insulation performance of the vacuum insulation panel. The results showed that the average pore diameter porosity and density of the core material of vacuum insulation panel were 21.7 μm, 75.7% and 0.287 g/cm3 respectively when beating degree of the bamboo fibers was 14.9°SR, thermal conductivity of the vacuum insulation panel was 12.6 mW/(m·k)which load better insulation performance. SEM observation and air permeability testing results showed that the core material became more compact with lower air permeability as further fibrillation of the fibers with increasing of beating degree.

聚乙烯亚胺改性硅藻土的制备与表征

摘 要:采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS),通过浸渍法对硅藻土进行表面改性,研究了硅藻土对PEI的吸附,硅藻土改性后Zeta电位、粒径和形貌特征的变化,以及纸浆中添加改性硅藻土对浆料Zeta电位和滤水性的影响。研究结果表明,PEI能够对硅藻土进行有效改性,与硅藻土相比,PEI改性硅藻土颗粒表面Zeta电位由负电性转变为正电性,粒径增加,当PEI平衡吸附浓度为0.24 mg/mL时,硅藻土颗粒Zeta电位和粒径分别为25.03 mV和14.05 μm。PEI改性硅藻土作为造纸填料,可有效提高浆料Zeta电位,并改善浆料滤水性能。

Preparation and Characterization of Polyethy Leneimine Modified Diatomite

Abstract:Using polyethyleneimine(PEI)and sodium dodecyl sulfate as modifiers, the surface of diatomite particles was modified by impregnation method. The adsorption of diatomite to PEI was investigated. The morphology, particle size, and Zeta potential of the PEI modified diatomite filler were also determined. The influences of modified diatomite filler on filler retention, Zeta potential and drainability of furnish were studied. The results indicated that PEI was effective to modified diatomite.Compared with the unmodified diatomite, Zeta potential of the modified diatomite was changed from electronegative to electropositive.Particle size was also increased. The Zeta potential and particle size of the diatomite particles were 25.03 mV and 14.05 μm, when the equilibrium adsorption concentration of the PEI was 0.24 mg/mL. PEI modified diatomite filler can effectively improve the Zeta potential of the pulp. The filtering performance of pulp was effectively improved.

基于自适应神经模糊推理系统的
纸病二次辨识

摘 要:针对造纸生产线上宽幅高速纸机纸病检测系统快速性和精确性的挑战,提出“工业相机+FPGA(FieldProgrammable Gate Array)+计算机”模式下的基于自适应神经模糊推理系统的纸病二次辨识方法。使用CCD相机采集纸张图像,通过FPGA完成图像预处理和一次辨识(粗辨识+过辨识);计算机通过自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)对疑似纸病区域二次辨识(精确辨识),判断出纸病和种类。实验表明,该方法能够准确地辨识各种纸病。

Abstract:In order to ensure the contradiction between the speed and accuracy in paper defects detection on the wide and high speed paper machine, a method of paper defects secondary identification was put forward based on adaptive neuralfuzzy inference system (ANFIS) on the mode of “FPGA+computer”. The paper images collected by CCD cameras were completed image preprocessing and the first identification through FPGA; by using the ANFIS, the computer was able to complete the second identification of the suspected paper defects area to determine whether the paper defects existed and its type. Experiments showed that the method could accurately identify various paper defects.

宽幅纸机液压刮刀摆动器的
设计与开发

摘 要:液压刮刀摆动器由于不采用电气元件,体积小而输出力大,防水效果良好,高温环境下亦能稳定运行,广泛适用于纸机湿部潮湿的环境以及烘干部高温环境。在宽幅纸机中,液压刮刀摆动器工作效率高,能降低纸机的能耗,减小吨纸的耗电量,具有明显的节能效果。

Development of Hydraulic Doctor Oscillator Used in Wide Paper Machine

Abstract:Traditionally the doctor oscillators in paper machine are electromechanical oscillator and pneumatic oscillator, but this two kinds are not suitable for wetend section due to humid environment. A new kind of hydraulic oscillator was designed, it was small but had a much bigger output force without any electronic device, it also had very good water proof performance to assure a long life time, which contributed to energy saving for the paper mill.

环境规制对我国造纸行业
绿色技术创新的影响研究

摘 要:首先分析在当今社会环境规制下造纸行业的污染现状;其次选取工业三废的5个指标对我国造纸行业环境规制强度进行测算,通过选取7个绿色技术创新指标运用灰色关联度法进行实证分析。结果表明,环境规制强度与新产品开发经费支出关联度最大,与R&D经费内部支出关联度最小,介于二者之间关联度从小到大依次为新产品销售收入、新产品开发项目数、专利申请数和R&D人员。根据分析结果,对环境规制下我国造纸行业绿色发展提出相应的对策。

Study on the Influence of Environmental Regulations on Green Technology
 Innovation in Chinas Paper Industry

Abstract:Firstly, the paper analyzed the pollution status of papermaking industry under environmental regulations. Secondly, the five indexes of industrial waste were selected to measure the intensity of environmental regulations in Chinas paper industry. Seven green technology innovation indicators were selected to carry out empirical analysis by gray correlation method. The results showed that there was the highest correlation between the intensity of environmental regulationsand the expenditure of new product development, and the correlation between the intensity of environmental regulations and R&D expenditure was the smallest, and the correlation degrees from low to high in between were the new product sales income, the number of new product development projects, the patent number applied and R&D personnel. And on this basis,the corresponding countermeasures for Chinas paper industry green development under the environmental regulations were put forward.

摘 要:生物技术在制浆造纸工业上的应用日益受到重视,尤其是半纤维素酶在纸浆漂白中的作用尤为突出。目前木聚糖酶生物辅助漂白已成为一项比较成熟的技术,并在制浆造纸工业中得到了广泛应用。本课题介绍了纸浆木聚糖酶生物助漂技术的进展,同时也阐述了木聚糖酶助漂的相关机理及其在工业应用中常用漂白程序和工艺参数。

Abstract:The application of biotechnology in pulp and papermaking industry has been obtained more and more attention, especially the role of hemicellulase in pulp bleaching. Now xylanase biobleaching has become a more reliable technology,and it has been widely used in the pulp and papermaking industry. The development of xylanase biobleaching technology of pulps was introduced in this paper, and the mechanism of xylanaseboosting bleaching, bleaching sequences and parameters commonly used in industry of xylanase were discussed.

摘 要:主要介绍了膜转移施胶系统在浙江景兴纸业有限公司高速箱纸板机上的应用。实践表明,通过添加淀粉胶并使用膜转移施胶系统,使生产的箱纸板的耐破指数、环压指数和耐折度分别提高了15.4%、33.8%和91.2%,且经济效益显著。

Abstract:In order to improve product quality and expand market share, Jing Xing paper uses film transfer sizing technology on PM12. The film transfer sizing machine and starch preparation system were supplied respectively by Valmet and GAW. Through the rebuilding, the mill not only improves the quality of linerboard, but also accumulate a lot of modification experience.
