漂白废水毒性

                                                  残氯对漂白废水毒性测试的影响

摘  要:利用发光细菌法测试了蔗渣浆CEH漂白废水的毒性,对比了在有残氯和无残氯两种情况下,漂白废水毒性的变化。结果发现,废水中残氯含量越高,废水毒性的增率越大,残氯对测试生物毒性有重要影响,在研究纸浆漂白废水中主要有机物的毒性时要注意消除废水中的残氯。

                                                  Effect of Residual Chlorine on Toxicity Testing of Bleaching Effluent

Abstract:A photobacteria method was used to test the toxicity of the CEH bleaching effluent of bagasse kraft pulp, the toxicities of the effluents with residual chlorine and without residual chlorine were compared. It was found that the residual chlorine had important effect on the toxicity testing; the higher residual chlorine caused higher toxicity of the effluent. Therefore, the residual chlorine should be removed in the study of organic material toxicity of bleaching effluent.

超滤法处理废液 

                                                  超滤法处理桉木CTMP制浆废液的初步研究

摘  要:采用截留相对分子质量为1000~30000的4种超滤膜对桉木CTMP制浆废液(包括化学预处理段及磨浆段)进行了超滤处理,找出了最佳处理效果的膜孔径,并用该孔径的膜对4种不同工艺的废液进行超滤处理,使废液的污染负荷大幅度降低,滤过液的生物可处理性明显提高。超滤浓缩液的固形物含量达到可蒸发、浓缩及烧却的要求。超滤膜清洗后,膜通量可恢复99%。

                                                  Study on the Ultrafiltration of CTMP Effluents

Abstract: A laboratory scale ultrafiltration process for CTMP effluent was studied. In the Ultrafiltration process, four kinds of membranes with different molecular weight varying from 1000 to 30000μ were used. A membrane with optimal molecular weight was found out after the experiment. Other four different kinds of CTMP effluents were treated with the optimal membrane. Experimental results indicated that after ultrafiltration, the loading of pollution was reduced markedly; the heating value and solid content of the concentrated effluent were higher enough to meet the requirement of the conventional chemical recovery system. The flux of water through the membrane could be recovered by 99% after washing.

                                                  生物活性磷在造纸废水生物处理中的研究

摘  要:考察了在造纸废水中经常使用的无机磷源和生物活性磷在不同浓度下对去除废水COD、BOD、氨氮等指标的影响,结果发现,生物活性磷在COD、BOD、氨氮去除方面比普通无机磷源效果更好。

Abstract: The different dosage of conventional inorganic phosphorus and super phos, a kind of bio-active phosphorus on the removal rate of the CODCr, BOD5, NH4-N are compared. The results show that the effect of Super Phos is better than the effect of inorganic phosphorus.

表面施胶剂 

                                                  核壳型表面施胶剂的制备及应用

摘  要:以苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸等为原料,采用功能单体引入法无皂聚合工艺制备了性能稳定的核壳型共聚物表面施胶剂(PSS)。IR、DSC、TEM分析表明,PSS有预期的共聚结构和微粒形态。PSS与表面施胶淀粉共用于纸厂铜版原纸的生产表明,与单用表面施胶淀粉相比,原纸正、反面Cobb值分别降低28.6%、40.8%;增加碳酸钙用量1.5%后,原纸表面强度、抗张指数、耐折度仍可提高14.2%、7.4%、16.7%,吨浆生产原纸成本降低19.02元。

                                                  Preparation and Application of the Core-Shell Type Surface Sizing Agent

Abstract: The core-shell type surface sizing agent PSS synthesized by introducing a functional monomer in the soap-free polymerization technology was prepared using acrylate, styrene, acrylic acid as raw materials. The designed copolymer molecular structure of PSS product was identified by the analysis of IR and DSC. The result of surface sizing of the base paper for art paper with PSS plus starch indicted that the Cobb values of the top side and back side of the base paper decreased 28.6% and 40.8% respectively compared with the application of starch alone. The paper surface strength, tensile index, folding endurance and brightness were respectively increased by 14.2%, 7.4%, 16.7%, and 0.7% ISO when the increment of calcium carbonate was 1.5%, meanwhile, the saving of 19.02 RMB per ton of base paper could be achieved.

氧化醋酸酯淀粉 

                                                  氧化醋酸酯淀粉的制备及其在表面施胶中的应用

摘  要:介绍了氧化醋酸酯淀粉的制备方法与表面施胶性能,重点探讨了醋酸乙烯酯的用量、pH值、反应时间和反应温度对氧化醋酸酯淀粉的取代度及反应效率的影响,并利用IR和SEM对氧化醋酸酯淀粉的结构进行了表征。结果表明,以水为反应介质,在醋酸乙烯酯用量8%、pH值9~10、反应温度30℃、反应时间60 min时,可得到取代度为0.104的氧化醋酸酯淀粉。表面施胶实验发现,取代度为0.051~0.104的氧化醋酸酯淀粉表现出比氧化淀粉更好的表面施胶性能,同时还可改善纸张的物理性能指标。

                                                  Preparation and Application of Oxidized Starch Acetate

Abstract: The manufacture of oxidized starch acetate with oxidized corn starch and ethylene ester of acetic acid was introduced. The influence of the reaction conditions on the degree of substitution of oxidized starch acetate was investigated. The optimum conditions were∶m (oxidized corn starch)∶m (ethylene ester of acetic acid)=100∶8, pH=9, reaction temperature 30℃, reaction time 1h. The degree of substitution of oxidized starch acetate was 0.104. The reaction efficiency was 69.33%. Characterization of oxidized starch acetate was analyzed with IR spectrum and SEM. Comparing the surface sizing results of oxidized starch and oxidized starch acetate, the result showed that oxidized starch acetate was a high effective surface sizing agent.

纸张孔隙测定 

                                                  采用汞压入法测量纸张微孔分布和孔隙率

摘  要:介绍了利用汞压入法测量纸张微孔分布和孔隙率的原理;并采用该方法对铜版原纸、铜版纸及过滤纸的孔径分布和孔隙率进行了分析。结果表明,利用该方法可以精确地分析涂布纸涂层结构,过滤纸板内部阶梯孔径分布等。 关键词:微孔分布;孔隙率;汞压入法

分散松香胶 

                                                  阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶的制备与应用

摘  要:在常压逆转工艺的基础上,采用阳离子共聚物型有机微粒/低分子表面活性剂体系对松香/松香甘油酯混合物进行乳化与分散,制得了稳定性良好的阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶。实验研究结果表明,采用两种常规的阳离子低分子表面活性剂构成低分子表面活性剂复配体系时,阳离子共聚物型有机微粒/低分子表面活性剂体系可对松香/松香甘油酯混合物起到良好的乳化与分散作用。胶料用量超过0.5%时,所制得的阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶可获得良好的应用效果,并可适用于近中性抄纸体系。当松香甘油酯在被乳化物中所占的质量分数为40%时,胶料应用效果最佳。

                                                  Preparation and Application of Microparticle-Emulsified Cationic Neutral Dispersed Rosin Size

Abstract: Microparticle-emulsified cationic neutral dispersed rosin size with excellent stability was prepared according to normal pressure inversion process, using emulsifying and dispersing systems comprised of cationic copolymer based organic microparticles and low-molecular-weight surfactants. The experimental results showed that, an emulsifying and dispersing system, which was prepared from organic microparticle and two kinds of cationic low-molecular-weight surfactants can improve emulsifying and dispersing efficiency. The microparticle-emulsified cationic neutral dispersed rosin size can give excellent sizing effect, and its dosage can be as low as 0.5%. It was also found that, microparticle-emulsified cationic neutral dispersed rosin size can be efficiently applied in pseud-neutral papermaking systems to give the desired sizing degree of paper products. Furthermore, the optimum sizing efficiency was achieved when the weight ratio of rosin to glycerin rosin ester was 6 to 4. Interestingly, emulsifying, dispersing and sizing effect was further strengthened when all of the experimental materials were commercial products made in China, and the addition amount of organic microparticles and low-molecular-weight surfactants could be further decreased respectively from 12.36% to 9.6% and from 2.8% to 1.0%.

设备防腐 

                                                  碳钢焊接接头在亚硫酸铵溶液中的耐蚀性研究

摘  要:采用三电极电化学研究法和金相组织分析法研究了碳钢焊接接头在亚硫酸铵介质中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明,Q235钢用J420焊条焊接后,焊缝、热影响区、母材的显微组织有明显差别,从而导致焊缝的腐蚀速率大于热影响区、大于母材。温度升高或亚硫酸铵浓度增大,均可以促使焊接接头的腐蚀速率增大。

                                                  Corrosion Resisting Property of the Carbon Steel Welded Joint in Ammonium Sulfite Solution

Abstract: Corrosion behavior of the carbon steel welded joint in ammonium sulfite solution and the serious corrosion of welded seam in the solution were studied by using three anode electrochemical methods and metallurgical structure analysis. The results showed that the order of corrosion rate from high to low was welded seam, heated-affected zone and base metal. Moreover, the corrosion resisting property of base metal was excellent, due to the obvious differences in the microscopic structures of welded seam, heated-affected zone and base metal after carbon steel was welded by J420 electrode. The welded joint''s corrosion rate was accelerated by increasing the temperature and concentration of ammonium sulfite solution.

木素磺酸钙 

                                                  羟基含量对木素磺酸钙表面物化性能的影响

摘  要:研究了木素磺酸钙(CLS,简称木钙)分子中羟基含量对其表面活性、吸附性能、分散性能等表面物化性能的影响。结果发现,木钙分子中羟基含量增加后,其表面活性提高,在木钙溶液质量浓度为2.0 g/L时能形成胶束,同时木钙溶液起泡能力增强,稳泡能力显著提高,吸附能力增强;当木钙溶液质量浓度为16 g/L、其分子中羟基相对含量为2.55时,木钙在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量可增加6.9倍,但分散能力下降。木素磺酸阴离子对钙离子具有络合作用,羟基含量增加,其络合能力增强。

                                                  Influence of Hydroxyl Group Content on the Physicochemical Properties of Calcium Lignosulfonate

Abstract: Lignosulfonate, a by-product of pulping industry, is a renewable surfactant that is widely used in abroad. But it is seldom used in China owing to the users are not very familiar with its application performance. The surface physicochemical properties such as surface activity; adsorption performance and dispersive performance of calcium lignosulfonate (CLS) with different hydroxyl group contents are studied in order to expand its utilization. It is found that when the hydroxyl group content increases, the surface activity of CLS increases and micelles form in the solution with a concentration of 2.0 g/L. Therefore the foaming property is improved and the foam is more stable. The adsorption performance of CLS is enhanced also; the adsorptive capacity on cement particles is 6.9 times higher than that of original CLS under the concentration of 16 g/L. Moreover, lignosulfonate can complexes Ca2+ and the complexing ability increases as the hydroxyl group content increases.

Abstract: As the successive increase in machine speed and quality requirements, the waste paper processing becomes more and more important. Meanwhile, the runnability of PM is improved and the production cost is reduced.

热分散温度控制 

                                                  热分散过程中温度控制系统的改进与应用

摘  要:针对废纸造纸生产过程的热分散系统的温度控制特点及工艺要求,提出了对热分散温度控制的改进方案。采用前馈-反馈控制系统结构,结合仿人智能控制思想的PID对系统进行有效控制,并在某纸厂实际应用,取得了较好的控制效果。

水松原纸 

                                                  水松原纸染色方法探讨

摘  要:利用表色系统Lab值对橘黄色水松原纸的染色工艺进行优化,以探讨最佳染色工艺。实验表明,水松原纸最佳染色工艺条件为:铁黄用量10%,有机染料用量2 %,碳酸钙用量20%。利用正交实验优化染色工艺可以客观、准确、快速的调整各种色料的比例,达到最佳染色效果。

Abstract: This paper discussed the dying method based on L, a, b value for the orange tip base paper of cigarette. The optimum technical parameters are obtained: iron oxide yellow charge 10%, organic dyestuff charge 2%, calcium carbonate charge 20%. The dying result is satisfied.

纸浆漂白 

                                                  多金属氧酸盐用于纸浆漂白的研究进展

摘  要:简单介绍了多金属氧酸盐具有的结构和特性,重点概述了其在纸浆漂白中的应用研究情况,主要包括多金属氧酸盐在氧脱木素中的催化作用及催化机理,多金属氧酸盐催化的H2O2漂白以及多金属氧酸盐在漆酶-介体体系、电化学介体脱木素中的应用进展。

                                                  Application of Polyoxometalates in Pulp Delignification

Abstract: The characteristics of polyoxometalates (POM) and its application in pulp delignification were summarized in this paper. The details were concentrated on application of polyoxometalates in catalyzed oxygen delignification, catalyzed H2O2 bleaching, laccase mediated system delignification and electrochemically mediated delignification. The results showed that application of polyoxometalates in oxygen delignification could effectively slow down the depolymerization and increase the removal of residual lignin. As catalyzer, POM could increase the consumption of H2O2 leading to higher brightness. As mediator, POM could transfer the electrons from residual lignin to oxidant both in the Laccase/POM mediated system and electrochemically mediated delignification.

                                                  纸浆卡伯值在线测量的研究进展

摘  要:主要论述了传统卡伯值测量方法的局限性、卡伯值在线测量的方法及其在国内外的研究进展,并对国内造纸企业应用卡伯值在线测量提出了建议。

Abstract:The measurement and control of Kappa number have great influence on the cost and the quality of the product in the mill; therefore how to measure the Kappa number on line during pulping has been a hot topic. This article mainly introduces the traditional methods and their limits to Kappa number measuring, and the research progress of on-line measurement.

林纸一体化 

                                                  林纸一体化战略机理与动因分析

摘  要:企业进行一体化行为是经济动机和政策动机、合理动机和投机动机相混合的产物。在林纸一体化中,减少和消除这些不合理及投机的一体化动机是进行真正意义上林纸一体化的前提,也是提高林纸一体化绩效的基础。通过对林纸一体化战略的机理和动因分析,希望能够因此促进企业产权制度、企业治理结构、市场制度等方面的深入研究。

                                                  Analysis on the Mechanism and Motivation of Forest-Paper Integration Strategy

Abstract: The integration performance of an enterprise is the synthetic outcome of economic and policical motivations, reasonable and speculative motivations. During the process of the forest-paper integration, reducing and eliminating the unreasonable and speculative motivatins are the premise of forest-paper integration in real meaning. It is also the foundation to enhance the profit of forest-paper integration. Through the analysis on stratigic mechanism and motivation of forest-paper integration, we can promote the research on enterprise property right system, management structure as well as market mechanisms.

                                                  白泥发绿原因分析

                                                  压榨部纸页回湿的原因与防治措施

                                                  热敏版纸原纸对印刷性能的影响

摘  要:对热敏版纸的主要性能及其影响因素进行了分析研究,结果表明,纤维种类、抄造工艺及施胶过程都对热敏版纸印刷的清晰度、耐印数产生影响。使用适当比例的合成纤维、提高网速、选用合适的胶料可以提高热敏版纸印刷的清晰度和耐印性。

                                                  蔗渣NH4OH-KOH制浆工艺实验

摘  要:在氨水中添加少量KOH和绿氧助剂蒸煮蔗渣浆,通过实验对蒸煮剂中的KOH、氨水、绿氧用量、液固比、蒸煮最高温度、保温时间等条件进行了优选。结果表明,在适宜的条件下,蔗渣的粗浆得率达到69.34%,KMnO4值为12.9。

                                                  AOCC再生浆氧脱木素及漂白工艺探讨

摘  要:研究了AOCC再生浆的氧脱木素及漂白工艺。结果表明,经碱法蒸煮后卡伯值为29.7的AOCC再生浆,采用氧脱木素和HQP1P2漂白工艺后,最终成浆白度可达82.7%ISO,且纸浆物理性能指标与B级漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆相当。
