On September 2, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Co., Ltd. and Zhongqing Changtai (Changsha) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement to jointly build the largest single-unit intelligent warehouse system in China.

On September 3, the No. 1 line of Liansheng Pulp & Paper (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd.’s Phase II CTMP project was successfully started up.

On September 4, TM3, a customized crescent former multifunctional tissue machine supplied by Baotuo Paper Machinery for Hongzehu Paper, was officially put into operation.

On September 8, following the resumption of production at the chemical pulp mill and Mills No. 5, 6, and 9, Chenming Paper Group successfully restarted the household paper production line at Mill No. 7 of its Shouguang base.

Recently, the Jingzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau released the draft environmental impact assessment report for public consultation on Hubei Zhencheng Paper Co., Ltd.’s green fiber processing and supporting project, which includes a 510,000 t/a bleached kraft pulp production line.

Recently, Yunnan Dongsheng Paper Co., Ltd. started up its PM3 high-grade packaging paper production line. The paper machine has a width of 6,600 mm and a design speed of 1,200 m/min, making it the largest papermaking line by capacity in the Yunnan–Guizhou region.

Recently, 52% of the state-owned equity in Tai’an Baichuan Paper Co., Ltd., along with creditor’s rights worth RMB 100.04 million, was listed for transfer on the Shandong Property Rights Exchange Center at a reserve price of RMB 162.15 million.

Recently, Shandong Xinhe Papermaking Engineering Co., Ltd. released its 2025 semi-annual report. In the first half of 2025, the company recorded operating revenue of approximately RMB 59.09 million, down 8.5% year-on-year, and a net loss attributable to shareholders of about RMB 3.40 million.
