Transactions of China Pulp and Paper is a professional academic journal for paper, supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology, sponsored by the China Technical Association of Paper Industry, and organized by China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd. Founded in 1986, it mainly publishes research papers and comprehensive academic reviews, reflecting new progress and achievements in China’s paper industry (raw materials, pulping, papermaking, wastewater comprehensive utilization & pollution control, machinery & equipment, analysis & testing, process & quality control automation, and pulping/papermaking basic theories). As a high-level, theory-focused academic journal in the field, it provides a high-quality academic exchange platform and promotes industrial technological progress. Its fixed columns are Research Papers and Reviews.
The journal has been selected into Chinese Core Journals, Chinese Science and Technology Paper Statistical Source Journals, Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) Source Journals, Chinese Scientific Literature Evaluation Data Source Journals, CAST High-Quality Sci-Tech Journals Classification Directory (Chemical Engineering T2 Zone), China Sci-Tech Journal Excellence Initiative (Phase II) Cluster Pilot Project, and Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation (RCCSE) Authoritative Journal (A+) for years.
