带式压光过程热量传递与能耗分析

摘 要:介绍了应用数值控制体积模型法对带式压光过程热量传递与能耗分析所得到的结果。对纸张厚度方向上的温度梯度、达到软化温度的纸张面层厚度、双面加热对压光操作后纸张物理性能的影响等进行了分析。并由此对带式压光在纸幅中所产生的温度梯度的有效性和可行的节能方法及其所能产生的效益进行了初步探讨。

Analysis of Heat Transfer and Energy Consumption in a Belt Calender

Abstract:In this work, a numerical control volume method was applied to study the heat transfer and energy consumption of a belt calendar. The temperature gradient in paper Z-direction during calendering process, and   the surface layer thickness of the paper which reached to the softening temperature, and the effect of heating both sides on the property of the calendered paper were analyzed. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the temperature gradient in the paper generated during calendering process, and the economic potential of energy-saving on a belt calendar was discussed.

废纸造纸封闭循环水中DCS的调查研究

摘 要:通过对以国产废纸为原料的造纸企业全封闭循环水中DCS(溶解和胶体物质)的组成及相关水质参数的调查,分析了DCS的积累及其与生产和水处理工序之间的内在联系,研究结果表明,DS(溶解物质)是废纸造纸循环水中DCS的主要组成成分,其含量占80%以上,是循环水电导率的主要贡献者,DS贡献的电荷值占DCS电荷值的90%以上;大于0.45 μm的大分子胶体物质(CS)是影响浊度的主要成分。制浆工序出水中的DCS粒径分布峰值区域为0.4~0.5 μm,造纸工序出水中的DCS粒径分布峰值区域为0.2~0.4 μm,经厌氧生物处理单元的废水DCS粒径峰值区域减小到0~0.1 μm,经好氧生物处理单元的废水DCS粒径峰值区域则增大至0.5~0.6 μm。DCS及DS中的阳离子电荷需求量在厌氧处理单元有所下降,DS与DCS阳离子需求量的比值表现出最大值,说明在厌氧阶段对阴离子垃圾的去除效果明显。经过好氧处理后,DS和DCS中阳离子需求量以及两者浓度之比则呈上升趋势,说明好氧生物氧化后产生了大量中性的CS及带负电荷的DS。

Investigation of DCS in the Recycling Water of a Recycled Fiber Mill

Abstract:In this paper, the composition and accumulation characteristics of
 dissolved and colloidal substance(DCS) and the related parameters were investigated in the recycling water of a local recycled fiber mill with zero wastewater discharge, the internal relationships among these parameters were analyzed. The results showed that DS accounted for more than 80% of the DCS is the major components of the DCS, it is the main contributor to conductivity of the recycling water with 90% contribution to the charge value of DCS. Macromolecular colloid substances which diameter is bigger than 0.45 μm are the main components to affect turbidity of the water.  The DCS diameter in wastewater discharged from pulping process is mainly distributed in the range of 0.4 μm to 0.5 μm. But which from paper-making process is mainly distributed from 0.2 μm to 0.4 μm. Then it is reduced to 0~0.1 μm after anaerobic unit, but increased to 0.5 μm~0.6 μm after aerobic unit. During the anaerobic treatment, the cationic charge demands of DS and DCS are decreased; the cationic charge demand ratio of DS/DCS shows the maximum value, which indicating that anionic trash removes evidently in anaerobic stage. However, DS, DCS, as well as the cationic charge demand ratio of DS/DCS increase after aerobic treatment, which can be interpreted that a large number of neutral CS and negatively charged DS are produced after aerobic oxidation.

渗透剂在CTMP制浆过程化学预浸渍段的应用初探

摘 要:为探索改善CTMP制浆过程化学预浸渍效果的可能途径,实验考察了在CTMP制浆过程化学预浸渍段添加渗透剂对制浆性能的影响。实验结果表明,在化学预浸渍段添加渗透剂后,CTMP浆纤维平均长度提高,长度分布更加集中,集中区域向较高的长度区间移动,成浆纤维束和细小纤维含量有明显下降,浆张白度、松厚度、抗张指数、撕裂指数均有不同程度提高,磨浆电耗有所降低。

Preliminary Study on the Application of Penetrant in Preimpregnation Stag of CTMP Production

Abstract:In this paper, in order to find a feasible way to enhance the preimpregnation effectively, the effect of penetrant application in preimpregnating stage of CTMP process was studied. It was found that, compared to the control sample, the sample with using penetrant has longer mean length of CTMP fiber, and the fiber length distribution is more concentrated to a region with longer length value. The shives and fines are decreased significantly, while the whiteness, bulk, tensile index and tear index are improved in various degrees with a lower refining energy consumption.

纤维素酶处理对麦草APMP浆性能的影响

摘 要:实验采用纤维质量分析仪、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析了纤维素酶预处理前后麦草APMP浆纤维形态及纤维素结晶度的变化。结果表明,纤维素酶的最佳处理条件为:温度60℃、酶用量6 IU/g 绝干浆、pH值5.0~6.0;与未处理浆相比,经纤维素酶处理后麦草APMP浆的细小纤维含量下降,纤维的平均长度、扭结指数和卷曲指数增加;纤维表面变得光滑,纤维更为柔软;成纸的撕裂指数、抗张指数、耐破指数和紧度分别增加了7.6%、9.3%、15.1%和10.1%。

Effects of Cellulase Treatment on Wheat Straw APMP

Abstract:Physical properties of alkline peroxide mechanical pulp (APMP) of wheat straw were modified by cellulase. The fiber morphology and cellulose crystallinity before and after treatment with cellulase were analyzed by fiber quality analyzer (FQA),environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the optimal treatment conditions are temperature 60℃, cellulase dosage 6 IU/g and pH value 5.0~6.0. Compared with the control pulp, tearing index, tensile index, burst index and density of the treated pulp increase by 7.6%, 9.3%, 15.1% and 10.1% respectively. The fines content of the pulp treated by cellulase decrease, and the length, kink index and curl index of the treated fiber increase. ESEM results revealed that the smoothness and the softness of the treated fiber are improved. From XRD analysis, the crystallinity of the treated fiber increase by 3.14%. The results showed that cellulase treatment has an obvious influence on fiber morphology and physical properties of the pulp.

甘蔗渣高沸醇预处理过程中木质素和碳水化合物的溶出规律

摘 要:研究了甘蔗渣在1,4-丁二醇溶剂预处理过程中木质素、碳水化合物随保温温度和时间的溶出规律及其溶出反应动力学参数。结果表明,适合甘蔗渣1,4-丁二醇预处理的溶剂浓度为60%;在此条件下,木质素和碳水化合物的溶出反应均可分为大量溶出和残余溶出两个阶段;在这两个阶段,木质素溶出反应的活化能分别为98.6 kJ/mol和152.3 kJ/mol,碳水化合物溶出反应的活化能分别为117.4 kJ/mol和125.9 kJ/mol。当残余木质素量降至约为3.2%后,纤维素将发生严重降解。

Dissolution Behaviors of Lignin and Carbohydrate in Bagasse during High Boiling Solvent Pretreatment

Abstract:This paper reports the kinetic dissolution behaviors of lignin and carbohydrate in bagasse during 1,4-butanediol pretreatment. The results showed that the solvent concentration of 60% is suitable, which will be economically feasible in consideration of the solvent recycling.  The lignin and carbohydrate dissolution undergoes bulk and residual stages, the activation energies of those two stages for lignin are 98.6 and 152.3 kJ/mol respectively, and 117.4 and 125.9 kJ/mol for carbohydrate respectively. The cellulose will be degraded seriously when the content of lignin in the bagasse is reduced to less than 3.2%. This data are of certain guiding significance in optimizing the pretreatment process of bagasse biorefinery using 1,4-butanediol  solvent.

仿酶体系处理烟草薄片的研究

摘 要:利用Fe-CA仿酶体系处理烟草物质(烟梗和烟碎),抄造烟草薄片,通过正交实验,确定仿酶体系的最佳处理条件为:处理温度45℃,处理时间30 min,仿酶用量20 mmol/kg,H2O2用量1%。最佳条件下烟草薄片的柔软度和抗张指数与空白样品相比,分别提高了11.4%、5.2%;对仿酶体系处理后的烟草薄片进行评吸,结果表明,烟草薄片经仿酶处理后,其香气、杂气和谐调程度有一定的改善,木质杂气减少,刺激性较小,品质提高,达到了提高烟草薄片物理性能(抗张强度、柔软度)与品质的双重效果。

Study on the Treatment of Tobacco Sheet by Fe-CA Biomimetic System

Abstract:The tobacco(stem,scrap) treated by Fe-CA biomimetic system was used to made tobacco sheet by using a sheet former, through the orthogonality experiment the optimum treatment conditions of the tobacco(stem,scrap)  are achieved as following: reaction temperature 45℃; reaction time 30 minutes; dosage of biomimetic 20mmol/kg tobacco; H2O2 1%. The tensile strength and softness of the tobacco sheet produced under the optimum condition increased about 5.19% and 11.43% respectively compared with the control sample. At the same time, smoking assessment indicates that the aroma, bad odor and harmony of the tobacco improve in certain degree, woody odor reduces, the stimulation of tobacco reduces and quality is improved.

变螺径式转子用于OCC碎浆的中试研究

摘 要:对新型变螺径式、ZQS9型以及伏克斯型3种转子进行OCC碎浆对比实验。结果表明,新型变螺径式转子(简称新型转子)比ZQS9型转子生产能力提高了20%,碎浆单位质量能耗降低了12.8%;并且前者对纤维的分丝帚化作用更为明显,纤维保水值增加了5.4%,成纸抗张指数、撕裂指数分别提高了4.8%和5.8%。在纸厂采用新型转子和伏克斯转子进行中试对比,结果表明,新型转子可以使碎浆能耗降低22%,成纸强度最大可提高40%左右,纤维保水值和比表面积分别提高了6.0%和6.5%,而结晶度和孔径的变化则较小。

The Pilot Application of Variable Screw Diameter Rotor in OCC Pulping

Abstract:In this paper,three rotors, a new rotor with variable diameter, ZQS9 rotor and Vokes rotor, were compared in OCC pulping experiments. The laboratory results showed that production and energy consumption were improved by 20.0% and 12.8% respectively for the new rotor. Further, both fibrillation of the fibers and paper properties were developed greatly, water retention value (WRV) of the pulp, tensile index and tear index of the paper increased 5.4%, 4.8% and 5.8% respectively. The pilot-scale OCC pulping results showed that compared with Vokes rotor, the new rotor could decrease energy consumption by 22.2%, paper strength increase by 40.0%, both fiber swelling capability and surface area increase about 6.0%. However, no significant changes of crystallinity and fiber pore size were observed.

纸张印刷墨斑检测方法初探

摘 要:使用IGT印刷适性仪,对新闻纸、单面涂布白纸板和铜版纸的印刷墨斑变化规律及检测方法进行探讨。实验结果表明,由于试样本身质量的差异,新闻纸优化的印刷条件中除油墨量0.10 mL相同外,印刷压力和速度均不相同;涂布白纸板(F)和铜版纸E优化的印刷条件为:油墨量0.20 mL、印刷压力325 N、速度0.4 m/s;涂布白纸板(H)优化的印刷条件为:油墨量0.05 mL、印刷压力525 N、速度0.3 m/s,光谱法与主观判定结果一致性较好。实验结果也表明,两种主观判定结果的一致性较好;3种客观判定方法中,光谱法和PTS法判定结果较稳定,与主观判定的一致性也较好,经进一步完善,可望作为评价纸张印刷墨斑的新方法。

Studies on Print Mottle of Printing Paper

Abstract:This paper evaluates the print mottle in the prints of different kinds of paper such as color offset newsprint, art paper and single coated paper. Results showed that the optimized conditions for the two kinds of newsprint A & B are different except for the ink amount of 0.1 mL. The optimized conditions of the single coated paper F and art paper E are as follows: ink amount 0.2 mL, printing pressure 325 N, printing speed 0.4 m/s. There exists inconsistent correlation between objective quantitative assessment of mottling and subjective evaluation for F, however there is good correlation for E. The optimized conditions of the single coated paper H are as follows: ink amount 0.05 mL, printing pressure 525 N, printing speed 0.3 m/s. Results show that there exists consistent correlation between 2 groups and 4 groups subjective evaluation of mottling. Among the three digital analysis methods, power spectrum analysis correlates the most closely with the visual results, then the PTS method. And the grey value method correlates the least. So the power spectrum analysis and the PTS method are expected to be a new method for evaluation of the print mottle.

提高大型竹浆黑液碱回收炉运行连续性与稳定性的探讨

Abstract:This article introduces the general situation and the running of a large scale bamboo pulping black liquor recovery plant and introduces the experience of improving the continuity and stability of the recovery boiler running through technical modification, regulating operation, strengthening equipment management, optimizing balance of system and operation controlling. Sequentially, the improvement of the production continuity and the profit of the whole pulp mill is achieved.

基于PLC和触摸屏技术的纸机多段速度控制系统设计

摘 要:设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏技术的纸机多段速度控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心,对传感器采集的纸机实时数据进行存储、计算及传输,控制纸机的运行状态。同时与触摸屏进行通信,将纸机运行数据以动态图的形式显示,并接受触摸屏给定的工艺参数来控制执行元件,实现了操作人员与纸机的人机对话功能。通过模拟调试,该系统操作简单,智能化程度高,提高了产品质量及生产效率,并在一定程度上降低了能耗。

Design of Paper Machine Multi-speed Control System Based on PLC and Touch Screen Technique

Abstract:Most of the traditional paper machines are driven divisionally by multi-motor, with low intellectual faculties, poor real-time control, low precision and efficiency. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the paper put forward a control system based on PLC and touch screen. The PLC is the core of the system, which stores, computes and transmits the real-time data collected from paper machine with the sensor to control the machine running. At the same time to communicate with the touch screen, the machine operating data is displayed in the form of a dynamic figure, and the preset parameters on the touch screen were accepted to control the executive component to realize “man-machine dialogue” function between the operators and the paper machine. The simulation commission proves, the system is simple and high intelligence, its application improves product quality and production efficiency, and to some extent, reduces energy loss.

The design requirements of cover structure of cast iron dryer, installation and maintenance of the cover were analyzed based on the regulation of cast iron dryer design.

我国制浆造纸装备科学技术的发展(续)

摘 要:简要地讨论了制浆造纸装备及其制造业和学科建设的现状和在我国造纸工业发展中的地位和作用,探讨了近年来我国制浆造纸装备科学技术取得的进展,同时也讨论了国际先进制浆造纸装备科学技术在我国的应用现状;从科技研发、制造业状况和学科建设等方面对国内外制浆造纸装备科学技术现状进行了比较分析;提出了今后我国制浆造纸装备科学技术发展展望与对策建议。

Abstract:Firstly, the paper briefly introduced the current situation of the industry and the discipline construction of pulping and papermaking equipment in China, as well as their roles in the rapid development of China’s paper industry in recent years. Then, focused on the discussion of the recent years advances in pulping and papermaking equipment science and technology in China, the application of worldwide advanced science and technology of pulping and papermaking equipment in China was included. Furthermore, the advances of science and technology of pulping and papermaking equipment in China and in the other developed countries were compared. Finally, the prospect and suggestion of future developing goals and measures of pulping and papermaking equipment science and technology in China were put forward.

造纸用阳离子化天然大分子物质的研究进展

Abstract:The application research situation of several cationic natural polymers in papermaking were introduced. Cationization conditions, degree of substitution and application effect of some natural polymers, like guar gum, cellulose, hemicelluloses, and lignin, starch, etc, were analyzed. The cationic natural polymers have more advantages such as cost effective, renewable, environmental friendly, etc, as additive in papermaking

Application of Non-wood Fiber Materials in the Papers Used in Tobacco Industry

Abstract:The non-wood fiber materials will still play a very important role in the foreseeable future in the pulp and paper industry of China. Non-wood fibers are widely used in tobacco industry as raw materials of cigarette auxiliary parts, such as cigarette paper, plug wrapper, filter tow, inner backing paper and packet. This paper provides a summary of currently available knowledge in the area of pulping and paper making with non-wood fiber materials. This paper also discusses the potential application of non-wood fibers in tobacco industry, especially bast-fibers, and also discusses the problems in its commercialization.

胶印书刊纸印刷起折的原因与解决方法

摘 要:以3150 mm长网造纸机为研究平台,经过多年的观察和实践,认识到胶印书刊纸印刷起折的主要原因是纸张结构和水分不均匀引起的。但是这个不均匀又不是太大,否则在造纸机上就会起折。为了解决印刷起折的问题,需要对造纸机干燥部进行改造、加强设备维护和工艺操作控制,实践证明,这些方法对消除印刷起折的效果显著。

The Understanding and Solution of Offset Printing Paper Printed Wrinkle

Abstract:Based on the production practice on a 3150 mm paper machine, the unvenness of paper structure and moisture is recognized as the main reason of offset printed wrinkle on the printing paper. However the winkle of the paper on paper machine will not be identified due to this unveness is not so significant. Therefore the offset printed wrinkle of the paper can be solved by drying section modification, paper machine well maintenance and process control.
