综纤维素氢键模式的研究

摘 要:用广角X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FT-IR)的高斯函数分峰拟合法研究了桉木浆综纤维素稀酸水解去除无定形区过程中晶型和氢键模式的变化。研究结果表明,稀酸水解前后,纤维素的结晶度和晶面尺寸增大,桉木浆综纤维素、盐酸水解桉木浆综纤维素和硫酸水解桉木浆综纤维素中分子间氢键的相对含量分别为48.15%、77.07%、55.22%,证实纤维素链间主要靠分子间氢键结合,稳定纤维素链;分子内氢键处于辅助地位。稀盐酸水解纤维素无定形区前后,分子内氢键的强度分别从10.05%下降到4.19%,41.78%下降到18.74%,分子间氢键的强度则从48.15%上升到77.07%。稀硫酸水解纤维素无定形区前后,分子内氢键强度分别从10.05%下降到7.63%,41.78%下降到37.15%,分子间氢键强度则从48.15%上升到55.22%。稀酸水解前后,纤维素的晶型不变,只是发生氢键类型的相互转化。

Research on Hydrogen Bonding Patterns of Holo-cellulose by XRD and FT-IR

Abstract:The change of crystalline form and hydrogen bonding patterns of holo-cellulose during dilute acid hydrolysis process was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectroscopy. The FT-IR spectra of hydrogen-banded OH stretching vibration were resolved into three bands for cellulose I,assuming that all the vibration modes follow Gaussion distribution. Results showed that the crytallinity of cellulose and crystallite size increase after hydrolysis treatment. The relative contents of molecular hydrogen in three kinds of samples are 48.15%, 77.07% and 55.22%.It has been proved that cellulose chains mainly combine together by hydrogen bonding between molecules, while intramolecular hydrogen bonds are taking second place. Acid hydrolysis only influences the transformation of hydrogen bonding patterns while crystalline form has no change.

P因子对桉木水预水解及后续KP法制浆的影响

摘 要:利用水预水解法先提取桉木片中的半纤维素,然后对水解后的木片进行硫酸盐法蒸煮。探讨了P因子(预水解因子)与水预水解及后续KP法制浆结果之间的关系,研究了水预水解提取液中戊糖和糠醛等成分随P因子变化的特点,以及P因子与浆料得率、卡伯值、黏度及物理强度之间的关系,分析了P因子变化对提取液和黑液中糖类组分的影响。

The Influence of P-Factor on Pre-hydrolysis and Subsequent Kraft Pulping of Eucalyptus

Abstract:Pre-extracting hemicellulose sugars from eucalyptus chips by pre-hydrolysis with hot water was carried out, and then the kraft pulping was proceeded. The relationship between P-factor and the results of pre-hydrolysis and followed pulping was studied. The content change of pentose and furfural in the extract with the different P-factors was investigated. The effects of P-factor on the cooking results such as the yield, kappa number, viscosity and physical strength of the pulp were researched. The change of monosaccharide contents in the extract and black liquor with the P-factor was also analyzed.

阳离子聚合物对混合办公废纸浮选脱墨效果的影响

摘 要:在混合办公废纸(MOW)常规化学脱墨工艺条件下,考察了几种阳离子聚合物(CPAM、CS、PAC)对脱墨浆分散体系界面及胶体化学特性(如Zeta电位、表面张力)和浮选脱墨效果(如白度、残余油墨量)的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对胶体环境改变前后脱墨浆中纤维表面形态变化与残余油墨粒子分布情况进行了分析。结果表明,在MOW脱墨分散体系中加入少量阳离子聚合物对改变体系界面及胶体化学特性有积极影响;适宜的界面及胶体化学环境有利于油墨粒子的去除;当Zeta电位在-14.0~-12.0 mV之间、表面张力在60.0~63.0 mN/m之间时,与常规化学脱墨相比,脱墨浆白度及油墨去除率均有提高。SEM图显示出加入少量阳离子聚合物可保持适宜的界面及胶体化学环境,有助于进一步去除细小油墨粒子,降低细小纤维及杂质含量,使纤维表面变得更加洁净。

Effect of Cationic Polymers on Flotation Deinking Efficiency of MOW

Abstract:Interface and colloid characterisitics of MOW deinking pulp dispersion system were investigated. Effects of several cationic polymers (CPAM, PAC, CS) on the Zeta potential and surface tension of this pulp dispersion system under the conditions of optimal chemical deinking process were researched. At the same time, the relations between the surface and colloid characterisitic changes and flotation efficiency (brightness and residual ink particles content of the pulp) were studied. Changes of deinked pulp fibers morphology and ink particles distribution before and after changing colloidal environment were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that interface and colloid chemical properties can be changed by adding a small amount of cationic polymer into the deinking system.The appropriate interface and colloid at environment is conducive to the removal of ink particles.When Zeta potential is -14.0~-12.0 mV and the surface tension is 60.0 ~ 63.0 mN/m, the brightness and ink removal efficiency of MOW deinking pulp are improved compared to the optimal conventional chemical deinking by flotation.SEM images indicated that the fiber surface becomes clearer after adding a small amount of polymers to maintain the appropriate interface and colloid chemical conditions,and the small ink particles, fines and other impurities content are also reduced.

新型球形纤维素螯合吸附剂对Cr6+、Ni2+的吸附性能研究

摘 要:研究了同时含有咪唑基和羧基两种官能团的球形纤维素螯合吸附剂(SCCA)对Cr6+、Ni2+的静态吸附性能,并探讨了SCCA对Cr6+、Ni2+混合溶液的选择吸附性。结果表明,SCCA对Cr6+具有较强的吸附能力,吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附容量随吸附温度的升高而增大,当反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2 h、溶液pH值为1时,饱和吸附容量为53.48 mg/g;SCCA对Ni2+的吸附能力弱,吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式;吸附过程中,Cr6+和Ni2+扩散初期的速度控制步骤都是由表面扩散和颗粒内扩散联合控制;在Cr6+、Ni2+两种离子共存时,SCCA对Cr6+具有良好的吸附选择性,在30℃条件下,当溶液pH值为1时,其吸附选择系数为26.38。

Adsorption Performance of Cr6+, Ni2+ on a Novel Spherical Cellulose Chelating Adsorbent

Abstract:The selective adsorption of Cr6+, Ni2+ and static absorption of Cr6+ and Ni2+ on a novel spherical chelating cellulose adsorbent (SCCA) containing caoboxyl and imidazolyl groups were studied. The results showed that SCCA has good adsorption performance for Cr6+, and follows the relation of Langmuir adsorption isotherm formula. The adsorption capacity increases with an increase of solution temperature. The saturation adsorption capacity for Cr6+ is 53.48 mg/g under the optimum conditions (60℃ of adsorption temperature, 2 hours of adsorption time, 1 of solution pH). SCCA has bad adsorption performance for Ni2+, and it follows the relation of Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm formulas. The adsorption processes of Cr6+ and Ni2+ are controlled both by models of surface diffusion process and intraparticle diffusion process in early-time. SCCA has good adsorption selectivity for Cr6+ when Cr6+ and Ni2+ are in coexistence. The adsorption selectivity parameter is 26.38 under the  solution pH value 1 and  the adsorption temperature 60℃.

金属离子对造纸湿部及成纸性能的影响

摘 要:研究了钙离子和钠离子对造纸湿部及成纸性能的影响。研究结果表明,在不添加助剂的浆料中,金属离子使浆料滤水和留着性能提高;添加了阳离子淀粉、AKD、CPAM、硅溶胶等助剂后,金属离子会削弱浆料中功能助剂的性能,且影响浆料滤水和留着性能。钙离子对浆料的助留助滤性能的影响大于钠离子;金属离子同样影响AKD的施胶效果,钙离子对AKD施胶效果的降低作用大于钠离子;随着浆料中金属离子含量的增加,成纸的抗张强度和耐折度先增大后减小,且添加钙离子后抄成的纸张强度基本上都低于添加钠离子调节浆料至相同电导率时而抄成纸张的强度。

Effect of Metal Ions on Wet End Performance and Properties of Hand-sheets

Abstract:In this paper, the different effects of calcium-ions and sodium-ions on wet end performance and properties of hand-sheets were investigated. The results showed that metal ions could enhance the retention and drainage ability of the pulp without any chemical aids. However when chemical aids such as cationic starch, AKD, CPAM, silica sol were added into the pulp, metal ions impaired the ability of the chemical aids and affected the retention and drainage ability of the furnish, the reduction of retention and drainage ability of the furnish caused by calcium-ions was more significant than sodium-ions. Metal ions also affected the sizing efficiency of AKD, the reducing effect of calcium-ion was stronger than sodium-ions. On the other hand increasing the metal ions content in the furnish, tensile index and folding endurance of the hand-sheets increased at first and then decreased, sodium-ions was superior to calcium-ions in hand-sheets strength when the conductivities of the furnish were the same.

阳离子苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯对沉淀碳酸钙表面改性的研究

摘 要:采用阳离子苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液对沉淀碳酸钙进行改性,使用DSC、FT-IR、Zeta电位、激光粒度仪、沉降体积、接触角等对改性沉淀碳酸钙的表面结构及其性能进行表征,并与未改性沉淀碳酸钙进行对比分析。DSC和FT-IR分析表明,阳离子苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液包覆在沉淀碳酸钙表面,影响其表面性质。研究结果说明,改性后沉淀碳酸钙的粒径变小、沉降体积增大、Zeta电位提高。以改性沉淀碳酸钙作为造纸填料,与添加未改性沉淀碳酸钙的相比,纸张的物理性能和憎水性能得到改善,纸张灰分含量提高。

Surface Structure and Application of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate Modified with Cationic styrene/acrylate

Abstract:Surface modification of precipitated calcium carbonate with cationic styrene/acrylate was carried out. The surface structure and performance of modified precipitated calcium carbonate were characterized by DSC, FT-IR, Zeta potential, laser particle analyzer, sedimentation volume and contact angle and compared with unmodified precipitated calcium carbonate. According to the results of DSC and the spectra of FT-IR, the physical adsorption between surface modifiers and precipitated calcium carbonate took place. It was found that particle size of modified sample was smaller than unmodified one, sedimentation volume was larger and Zeta potential was higher. The results showed that the modified precipitated calcium carbonate is beneficial to improve physical properties, retention rate and hydrophobic ability of the paper when it is used as filler.

酸化膨润土对彩色喷墨打印纸性能的影响

摘 要:研究了酸化膨润土对彩色喷墨打印纸性能的影响。结果表明,以酸化膨润土替代部分SiO2加入到彩色喷墨打印纸涂料中,能够提高纸张的光泽度和平滑度,但降低纸张的白度、不透明度、油墨吸收性和表面强度。含酸化膨润土的纸样色密度与纯二氧化硅的纸样相差不大。含酸化膨润土的彩色喷墨打印纸均表现出良好的防洇渗性能。

Effect of Acid-activated Bentonite on the Properties of Color Ink-jet Printing Paper

Abstract:The effect of acid-activated bentonite on the properties of color ink-jet printing paper was studied. The results showed that the glossy and smoothness of color ink-jet printing paper containing acid-activated bentonite, which substituted for parts of SiO2 as pigment, are improved, but the whiteness, opacity, ink absorption and surface strength of the paper are reduced. The ink density of ink-jet printing paper containing acid-activated bentonite is similar to the sample containing pure SiO2. The color ink-jet printing paper containing acid-bentonite shows less bleeding and wicking.

消除黑液气化气中甲硫醚的模拟研究

摘 要:探讨消除黑液气化气中甲硫醚成分的方法,以获得符合燃气涡轮机燃烧的标准燃气,在氢气气氛、高温和ZnO催化条件下进行消除甲硫醚模拟实验。模拟实验得到如下结果:在氢气气氛(如黑液气化气)、高温和ZnO催化条件下,甲硫醚能够转化成硫化氢,转化反应的活化温度在450~500℃范围内;反应温度、甲硫醚浓度、氢气体积分数和催化剂接触时间是影响反应的主要因素,当反应温度520~600℃、甲硫醚质量浓度47.06~200 mg/L、氢气体积分数10%~50%、与催化剂接触时间0.1~0.25 s时,甲硫醚转化率>96.0%,尾气含硫量<5.0 mg/L。

A Simulating Experiment for Removal of Dimethyl Sulfide in Black Liquor Gasification Gas

Abstract:The current investigation was carried out to find a method to remove dimethyl sulfide in the black liquor gasification gas for preparing the standard gas combusting in gas turbine. A simulating experiment to remove dimethyl sulfide was taken in the condition of hydrogen atmosphere, high temperature and with ZnO catalyst. Conclusions from the experiments were: Dimethyl sulfide can be converted into hydrogen sulfide in the condition of hydrogen atmosphere (such as black liquor gasification gas), high temperature and with ZnO catalyst, the reaction activation temperature was in range of 450-500℃; Reaction temperature, concentration of dimethyl sulfide, hydrogen concentration and catalyst contact time are the main factors affecting the converting reaction. In condition of temperature 520~600℃, 10%~50% (v%)of H2, 47.06~200 mg/L of CH3SCH3 and contact time 0.1~0.25 s, the conversion of CH3SCH3 is 96.0%~97.8%, and the sulfur in exhaust gas is less than 5.0mg/L.

杨木自催化乙醇制浆废液中有机酸的分析

摘 要:针对杨木自催化乙醇法蒸煮废液成分复杂、副产物价值高等特点,对废液中的有机酸进行分析。首先制取杨木自催化乙醇制浆废液,对分离出木素的废液用乙醚萃取,将萃取物用气相色谱-质谱联用检测仪进行定性分析。结果表明,废液中的各成分复杂而且都很微量,主要是一些酸、酯、低分子木素等,约25种,其中乙酸和甲酸含量较高。其次对杨木自催化乙醇法蒸煮废液减压蒸馏至无液体来分离木素,对全部馏分采用容量分析的方法测得总酸含量为0.043 mol/L,同时用气相色谱定量测得乙酸含量为1.864 g/L、甲酸含量为0.665 g/L。

Analysis of the Organic Acids in the Waste-liquor of Aspen Auto-catalyzed Ethanol-water Pulping

Abstract:The organic acids in the waste-liquor of aspen auto-catalyzed ethanol-water pulping were analyzed. The lignin was separated and extracted by ether. The ether extract was qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS. Results showed that there were almost 25 kinds of complex components in the waste-liquor such as acids, esters and low molecular weight lignin, the contents of acetic acid and formic acid were higher comparatively. Vacuum distillation was also used to separate lignin from the waste-liquor. All the fractions were analyzed by volumetric analysis and GC as well. It revealed that the total acid content was 0.043 mol/L. Furthermore the acetic acid and formic acid were about 1.864 g/L and 0.665 g/L respectively by the analysis of GC.

摘 要:以脱氢枞酸和乙二胺为原料,制备了N-(2-氨乙基)脱氢枞酸酰胺(ADRA),再将ADRA与硫酸盐木质素(KL)、甲醛(F)反应合成了N-(2-氨乙基)脱氢枞酸酰胺/甲醛改性木质素胺(ADRA-F-KL)中间体。探讨了投料摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对ADRA-F-KL氮含量的影响,并将其进一步与二乙烯三胺(DETA)、甲醛反应,合成了N-(2-氨乙基)脱氢枞酸酰胺-木质素复合阳离子乳化剂(ADRA-DETA-F-KL)。实验表明,合成ADRA-F-KL的适宜条件为:反应时间为2.5 h,n(KL)∶n(ADRA)=1∶0.3,反应温度90℃。红外光谱分析、元素分析及表面张力测定结果表明,KL、甲醛与ADRA或DETA经过Mannich反应,在硫酸盐木质素分子结构中引入了相应的胺甲基;目标产物在pH值2.0的稀盐酸溶液中最低表面张力为48.5 mN/m,与未引入N-(2-氨乙基) 脱氢枞酸酰胺甲基基团的硫酸盐木质素胺的最低表面张力57.8 mN/m相比较,表面活性得到了较大改善。

Abstract:The N-(2-aminoethyl) dehydroabietic acid amide (ADRA)was prepared from dehydroabietic acid and 1,2-ethylenediamine. The mediator ADRA-F-KL was synthesized from Kraft lignin(KL), ADRA and formaldehyde (ADRA-F-KL) by mannich reaction. The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the molar ratio of reactants on nitrogen contents of ADRA-F-KL were investigated. Cationic composite emulsifier(ADRA-DETA-F-KL) was prepared from ADRA-F-KL, formaldehyde and diethylenetriamine(DETA). The experiments showed that the optimum reaction conditions of ADRA-F-KL were 3h of reaction time, n(KL)∶n(ADRA)=1∶0.25, 90℃ of reaction temperature. The IR, elemental analysis and surface tension of the target product showed that the corresponding amine-methyl groups were introduced into KL by the Mannich reaction. The minimum surface tension value of ADRA-DETA-F-KL was 48.5 mN/m in dilute hydrochloric acid solution with 2 of pH value. Compared to the lignin modified by diethylenetriamine/ formaldehyde whose minimum surface tension is 57.80 mN/m,the surface activity of ADRA-DETA-F-KL is improved greatly.

摘 要:介绍了化机浆的应用和发展趋势。化机浆主要用在不含机械浆纸、多层纸板、生活用纸等纸种中。化机浆在纸浆质量和成本方面填补了化学浆和机械浆之间的空缺,提高了纸的松厚度和挺度。改善化机浆的成浆质量、降低纤维束含量、提高浆料质量稳定性将是化机浆的发展方向。

Abstract:This article introduced the application and trend of chemical-mechanical pulp. The pulp mainly can be used in the wood free paper, multi-layer paper board, tissue paper and wood containing paper in China. The quality and cost of chemical-mechanical pulp are in between chemical pulp and mechanical pulp, its application is beneficial to improve paper bulk and stiffness.
